They itemized deductions when I told them we would have to go standard. They had itemizations that were completely made up. So I sent it back. They sent me a revised return that still had a refund. Again, I knew that was incorrect, almost fraudulent. I told them that I had no faith in their ability to do it correctly. I took my info elsewhere, had it done properly and wrote the check to irs for around $3000. Either this place is more interested in getting you a refund, correctly or not, or they don't know what they're doing. They actually expected me to pay them for a return that would have def been flagged. I don't need that hassle from irs. Unfortunately, they were recommended to me by someone.
