I went in the past and did not have the greatest experience about a year ago. The drinks were good, the employees were in a rush, didn't have the best attitude. A year later, I decided to try it again cause 1) convenience since it's down the road, 2) hardly ever has a line and 3) things change, people change. Let me tell you, when I decided to try it again a month ago, it was one of the best drinks ever. Went again a few days after, same thing. Crispy, fresh, even cheaper than most soda shops. Not sure if the first time was due to ordering the wrong drink or what but these last few times have hit it on point. Our favs are: sunkissed, midday mojito with peach. Quench It is quickly elbowing it's way in to being my favorite drink stop! I've been very loyal to another place for a long, long time but we loved and there isn't one close! Quench It is minutes from my house. I don't even drink soda but soda shops are a huge addiction of mine. I get flavored sparkling water and the Citrus Splash at Quench it is my personal favorite. Nothing beats a huge 44 oz cup of pebble ice and a refreshing fruity sparkling water. I can't speak on their other treats because I haven't tried any, but my kids like the pretzel bites and they love the unique kid drink options. The one with the butterfly comes with an enormous butterfly gummy on top. We will be back again and again! read more

Their drinks and prices are on par with all the rest. I find their service to be outstanding. Most of the teenagers here have been so helpful. I had never had a dirty soda before and they explained everything in detail from top to bottom of how their menu works. Their pretzel bites are a pass because sometimes they're stale but they have Suss cookies which makes me so happy! The Cocamel is my absolute favorite. There is soda places on every corner in Utah and obviously they all serve the same stuff so I can imagine that it is oftentimes hard to stand out from the rest. However this location is awesome in doing so. I come here quite frequently for refreshments because I live in walking distance from the location. Yesterday I went and they completely messed up my order. It was quite yucky :( However, today I brought back my drink and showed them that the drink was wrong and they quickly got me a new one and something extra too. I have actually struggled to find a flavored drink that I like. (I usually just go with straight up regular DP) But this was refreshing, zingy, with a hint of creamy vanilla. It was delightful. Now I wish I had gone with a medium at least instead of a kiddie. And the Cool Beads were also a delight! Do you like Dippin Dots? Well these should carve that craving if you have one. The only big difference I noticed was the shape of Cool Beads isn't as uniform. The Banana Split was equally delicious as it's branded counterpart. Out of all the different soda shops in Utah (which is almost as many churches now ) I can say this is my favorite chain. They always have fun new month flavors of cookies and I love getting flavored waters too from here. This specific location definitely needs more help and employees from time to time because it's very popular and gets a little too busy and a longer wait than some other locations but I think they are honestly doing their best. The staff has always been kind and professional. If you haven't had a coconut mist you need to try it. read more

I feel bad writing such a negative review, but am really hoping this can be used as some constructive criticism and improvements can be made. This was my first experience here and I ordered the salted knots with cheese and was sorely disappointed. I was surprised to see that it looked more like a roll than anything but was excited to see someone trying something new. Unfortunately, the cheese sauce was cold, like straight out of the fridge cold. The pretzel itself was where things really got bad. It was undercooked, doughy, and the worst part - so over salted. Sorry for the dramatics but it took me back to the time I almost drowned in Hawaii. Literally had to spit it out it was so bad. My friend and I were out running errands and really wanted something cool to drink since it was so hot out. She told me that Quench It had yummy sodas and I said count me in! They have so many options, I didn't really know where to begin. Tons of sodas and syrups that you can mix together to make your own custom drink! I was slightly overwhelmed by the menu but then I saw they had "Quench It Favorites" of popular mixes so I started looking there. My friend's favorite is the Quench-a-Colada and being that I love pina coladas, I thought it sounded perfect and ordered the same thing as her. It's Sprite, coconut, pineapple, and cream. SO GOOD. We ended up going back there before the end of our trip because I had to have another one! Not only are the drinks great, but their prices are so reasonable! This is a very small company with only four locations in UT, but I think they're going to be super successful and wish they would branch out to CA! I love this place! It took me a while to make my way in, but I'm glad I did. It's hella inexpensive and the drinks are super refreshing. We got a 24 oz and requested that they split it into three cups. It was the perfect amount for my three minions along with the cookie I they shared, too. We got the lemon cookie. It had fresh lemon zest sprinkled on it and it was so yummy! It was 7:30 on a school night, so we basically had the place to ourselves, but not in a depressing way. The business was still bumpin' at the drive thru window. I'm glad we chose to eat inside though, because they have a couch set up in front of a tv connected to a gaming console and a collection of board games on hand for customers to play while they eat! Ventured over here for the very first time - quite a trek getting here! Went thru the drive through and asked if they had a specific concoction of: sprite, cheesecake, cream, and strawberries. They did not have one on the menu, but they did make a custom drink made of: sprite, cheesecake, strawberries, and cream. It wasn't bad! I was trying to re-create what I had at another similar place, that was pretty fantastic. So I went thru the driVe thru, but when I got my drink, looked at it, it didn't look like it had any cream at all. So I flipped the car and tried to get back into the dRive thru - the line got hecka long. So I parked the car, and went in to get this sorted out. Met Zach, and told him what I ordered. He looked at it and confirmed that the drive thru did NOT put cream in my drink! He was happy to fix it, and notified the staff that my order was not to standards. Appreciated the good customer service! However, I wished it was done correctly in the first place. read more

I tried Quench It! for the first time today. I don't drink soda, so I ordered their "Sippin' Summer" water with coconut, raspberries and mangos. It was delicious! The flavor of the water got better as time went on and the frozen fruit broke down a bit. I also got a peanut butter bar, which was scrumptious! The drive thru line was a bit long, but I was impressed when an employee came out to take orders in line to streamline the process and make the line move faster. It was so exciting to hear we were going to get a soda shop right by our house and it did not disappoint!!! My favorite drink is root beer with coconut cream and my favorite treat is the peanut butter bar! If you're not into soda I highly recommend the R&R! We have also taken my kids in side and played games while eating out treats! I love that it's such a family friendly place! read more

UPDATE- I recently went back to Quench it for fundraiser and I made an executive decision- Any company that supports the community deserves my business! And, they have really fun drinks for kids, so that's a bonus, too. Is this my favorite soda shop? No. But, I am going to give it another try because dang it, it deserves it! I'm sorry, I know this makes me sound like a fun hater, but I have been to Quench It several times and always leave disappointed. The drinks are flavorless!! I commend them for trying to be different and adding frozen fruit to some of their drinks, but it just doesn't do it for me. To be fair, though, I have heard from friends that their cola drinks are fantastic. I'm just more of a fruity flavored fan and haven't been impressed. read more

I know drink places have been popping up all over the place here in Utah lately, but Quench It has knocked it out of the park! Their cookies and drink options are delicious. I usually park and get out and go in to order my drinks because the drive thru line is always so looongggg. Today I had kids with no shoes on so I had to go through the drive thru if I wanted my Sweet Crush (lemonade, peach, raspberry and frozen raspberries). There was an employee taking orders at each individual car, to streamline the process. This definitely made things quicker. I am giving this 4 stars because had I needed to park and go in, there's no way I would have been able to get out. The parking lot is ridiculous as the drive thru lane goes through it. read more

Ahh a nice soda shop out here in Eagle Mtn. Love this place. Staff are friendly and always patient with your mass drink order. They hire good teenagers and give them a close place to work. The in-shop is amazing. Nice big screens of the menu so you can see what's on the menu and don't have to squint at it to see what you want. The shop has a chill/gaming area for those people who just want to chill in-shop. Also since this is a soda shop, they have the soda theme going all around the shop. It's quite nice. TIP: If you have a dog, they have little dog treats, at no extra cost! (Not 100% sure) Great location, Great Staff, Great Drinks. 10/10 read more

Another soda shop in Utah, yes. B UT I really like their kids menu for my littles. They get so excited about the gummi that goes with their drinks. I give customer service a five star but I ll I give the parking situation a one star this company should know enough that when you develop a drive-through right where parking is located that there should be some kind of signage to stop people from blocking a person that comes to buy your product and then when they're ready to leave people are blocking them from being able to leave and then they look at you like you're crazy because you want to back up and they don't want to move you guys should at least put some signage is so people don't block people from getting out after they come to your store to buy your product I was very unhappy at what happened to me when I try to get out and the people would not let me out please be advised to put signage out there so that people don't block customers from Lee being able to get out it was very rude what happen to me read more

Nice place for a good customized drink. It's a convenient location, the people are friendly and they have a good variety of different items (other than soda). Couple things though - the drink mixing could be better. I order the same drink each time and each time it's different. It's still good and still come here but it needs to be more consistent. Best Quench It location I've been too! I live around the corner and go quite frequently. To say the line is usually extremely long I've never waited an outrageous amount of time. This location is so fun and has a great ambiance! I love the bright colors and the music they play. So fun. I also really appreciate that they have gluten free treat options I can enjoy--I love that! I went in this past week and got a drink and it tasted so good! The crew may still be learning some customer service skills--they were kind, but only thing they said to me was "welcome in" and then the rest of the interaction was silent with gestures of what to do (swipe card, here's your drink, etc). I would understand if it was busy, but no one else was in the lobby and they only had a car or two at drive. ‍ It was okay, but just a little extra could have gone a long way. read more
