Smaller interior with sectioned dining areas and a good sized outdoor eating area. Our server recommended the Buffalo Ricotta cheese with honey truffle-wow! It was exquisite-so light with honey truffle taking it over the top. They ran out of their Rose so we went with the recommended Red-Monica de Sardegna (delicate/spicy- Sardinian) For main, despite many enticing options, we ordered Lasagna Funghi and the Ricotta Ravioli stuffed with artichokes with Cacio Pepe cream. The lasagna was like no other we've had before -must try! The Ravioli was decadent and creamy-delicious! We were talked into the fresh Panna Cotta for dessert-simple, fruity and light -just right with our espresso and milk. Being a screaming diabetic with insulin always loaded does not seem a good match for anywhere in Italy and it is truly a test of will. But this has become my second home. The cheeses, meats and fabulous fruits help me (almost) overlook the breads and pastas like no other. This place rocks on tapas and makes me a special plate each time. The chorizo is like no other and would be ruined with a carb introduction anyway. I feel like a very special person when I dine here. Acqua fresco is even magical here. The sushi and sashimi taste good and the cut rolls are pretty good. The prices are high for sushi but this seems to be par for the course in Europe. The reason I'm giving this place three stars instead of four stars is their service for the non-sushi food is very slow. We ordered noodles and that took over an hour where is our sushi arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes so we are waiting around for a very long time being told that the food was almost coming.
