Office is located on the 17th floor of Emory Midtown's medical office tower. Enter the hospital main entrance, go directly behind the guest services desk to the elevators on the right...go to the 17th floor. From there, the signs direct you to their office. You sign in on a kiosk, whether you're a walk-in or have an appointment. Employees were kind and seemed like they enjoyed their job. If you're a walk-in, be prepared to wait a bit. I recommend making an appointment, which you can do on their website. Overall, not a bad experience. I would use this location again. read more

Do not use this location even if it's the last one on Earth. I am ashmatic. They have air fresheners everywhere in the office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, checked in, and starting having an asthma attack from all the air fresheners. There were several times when they called out for people who were not present for their scheduled appointments. This is an opportunity to call in walk-ins. My husband had to do some lab work and his specialist said we could get the bloodwork done at Quest. Since there was one close to us, we made an appointment, gathered our paperwork for the tests, and when the day came, walked over there to check it out. Luckily we started with plenty of time because it was confusing at first to figure out what building to go to and many entrances were closed. However, there was always a friendly person to point us in the right direction. At the lab itself they were organized and running ahead of schedule. Check in was easy and my husband was called back right away. The two people helping us, Justine and another very helpful person (whose name I didn't catch) were friendly and efficient. However, through no fault at all on Quest's part, our doctor gave them the wrong codes. Justine and the other delightful person went above and beyond to try to get the correct codes. My husband's specialist's office dropped the ball but those two wonderful women at Quest moved mountains to try to help us. read more

Located inside Emory hospital on the 17th floor (suite1775). This was frustrating during Covid since they have an strict no visitor policy. I showed up, fasting, with my young son and they wouldn't let me in. i wasted so much time and had to go back another time. All that could have been prevented if their phone line was more easily accessible. I had tried calling twice, bit couldn't reach their office to ask questions or get specific information. Second experience-- I came without an appointment at 8:30 AM. I hardly sat in the waiting room a minute before being called back for my bloodwork. My appointment was at 2:00 pm and ended up getting there at 12:30 pm. The staff didn't mind at all and I was the only one there so no wait. I was literally in and out within 10 minutes. A few tips: - Get there a little ahead of time and be nice about time. The staff is doing detail-oriented work, and sometimes things can take a little extra time. - Parking is not that easy. This is a large hospital in a dense, urban area. Don't blame the individual business; they can't fix it. I had to come here for a health screening for my spouse's company's health insurance policy. Basics like waist size, blood pressure, and then several tubes of blood were taken to evaluate my cholesterol and diabetes risk. Apparently he'll get a discount on our monthly premiums just for participating in this screen. I'm always curious to know how my blood pressure and other vitals compare to normal levels. It's also good to know where I stand as far as cholesterol because heart disease is real. I'd like to have as much information as possible to ensure continued good health. The office is inside of the medical tower connected to Emory Midtown Hospital. Parking is either valet or in the deck. Even after reading the awful reviews these ladies are very accommodating, I get very faint after all my blood draws and the phlebotomist that drew my blood was so sweet , she found a room that was more comfortable and she kept my mind off of the draw by talking to me and being just extremely sweet. The phlebotomists at this location always treat me like a king. But I am one who adheres to policy and procedure and I understand that they get all kinds here. Delise is as sweet as they come, most of the time I get there early and she seems to be the one drawing blood for my routine pt/inr. Also Tee is always cheerful and professional when she works at this location. These ladies and gentlemen have to be careful with following procedures and making sure the correct specimens get labeled and accounted for properly; at the same time they have to be professional and friendly. Yep, such a joke. Arrive for my appointment and there's no receptionist or anyone to speak to for more than 15 minutes, and counting. Had myself a little tour to search for the receptionist - one doesn't exist. Finally asked a nurse attending to a patient who curtly told me to go sit down and she'll get to me.
