I was mandated to pay a co-pay in order to see a doctor, despite my urgent condition. Nevertheless, when I finally spoke to a doctor, he immediately stated, "you need to go to the ER or see your Primary Care Doctor." I filled out 10 pages of paperwork describing my condition, for which they knew they could not provide services. Then they took a $40.00 co-pay and will charge my insurance as well, just to say in 2 minutes time, there is nothing they can do for me! HORRIBLE!

I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job. Then, I found medrite on yelp - called them and they went above and beyond by telling me to drive to their location ASAP and they will be able to help me. When I arrived, they had everything set up for the procedure, took great care of the cut on my leg - so I was in and out within 30 minutes. They also gave me a prescription and directions on how to take care of the wound afterwards. Great staff, clean environment, accepts wide variety of insurance. Definitely recommend!

There is a system and it flows to a T. The door to the facility promptly open at 6am. I filled out my paperwork, paid the co-pay and was told to wait for a nurse to get me. Bring a small blanket because it is very cold. First round I wore my shoes and second round I went in my stocking feet. Reason for not wearing shoes was because when they lay you back, it felt uncomfortable with my shoes. Others said it feels like an assembly line. For me it felt like a car wash. Everyone was wonderful. Even though I had a blanket, they put a warm blanket on top of me. Both times there were 2 other patients waiting to go next. I was given multiple eye drops. The first time it felt like I was being water boarded and the second time the nurse slowly counted each drop. I had a terrific anesthesiologist who made darn sure that he supplied me with a great cocktail and nausea medication. When the procedure was over, I skipped the drinks and snacks and couldn't wait to get home to check out my new eyesight. Hope I can put anyone to rest if they are apprehensive about the surgery. The only agony is waiting for the other people to get done. Once those doors open, you are wheeled into the operating room and things move fast. This is when you should take some time to watch the show. To be able to see different unexplainable images without any pain was remarkable. Hearing the doctor say, "Perfect!" Put the shine on this old girl's eyes.

I had a terrible experience at this MRI facility and would never return. I called five times before…read moremy appointments, with each call taking over 20 minutes due to extremely poor customer service and unhelpful staff. My first appointment was canceled the same day. For the second one, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with terrible service just to confirm the MRI type. Upon arrival, the front desk initially verified it was the correct scan. However, the technician later contradicted this, claiming it wasn't, and the front desk then agreed, stating the requested scan didn't even exist. It was a complete waste of my time. The service was disgusting, and the owner should be embarrassed by how poorly this place is run. Terrible care of patients. The front desk and manager should be fired and the service tech.

Love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else for radiology. SO much better than other places in Aventura that were nightmares. Highly recommend! Late hours also. They are fast and efficient. They couldn't be any better.
