Given misinformation about drop off. Told no appointment needed then kept getting bumped to back of line by people with legitimate appointments when I came back next day with the specimen. Don't go without an appointment unless you want to wait in small crowded waiting room for an hour. Just got bumped again. Update to 1.5 hours in a small crowded waiting room. Staff is rude, they don't respond to questions, poorly run facility. They take people out of turn and are always running behind. Some of the phlebotomist are not experienced as I got a swelling on the spot when're they needle was injected. They need better training from Quest. read more

The Aventura location is so quick And efficient, and the staff is very professional and friendly.

We arrived at this location at 4:18PM and arrive to find a locked door. The hours of operation listed on the door clearly state M-F from 7:30AM to 4:30PM. It's interesting how customer service is diluted once you cross over to Miami-Dade County. Supervisor Cassandra, employee number 131787, was immediately defensive and insisted the door was closed exactly at 4:30PM. We had a line of people attesting to the fact that the doors were closed before 4:30PM. No resolution was tendered. It is clear that this establishment is more concerned with their employees leaving early rather than sticking to their corporate culture. read more

NOT concerned about the safety of patients or employees in regard to Covid-19 at all. I am extremely frustrated. I booked a necessary panel of bloodwork with a medical urgency. I arrived outside the office which was at the end of a slim hallway. Although people were wearing masks no one had yet been screened, no one was outside the closed office for questions, and, most concerning, no distancing was being practiced. People were at most 1-2 feet away. There was nothing on the floor and no signs to snow proper distance apart. This is ridiculous for a medical company, especially one that presumably understands Covid is not a hoax due to the fact they test for it. I am immunocompromised, so I turned the hallway, saw the line, turned around and left. read more

Sooo slow, it seems this place doesn't care about patients time! I had an appointment at 11.15am, they took me inside at 12pm?! What's the point of appointment if they don't follow time frame? The whole process of biometric measurement takes 5 minutes but it took an hour just to take blood and measure my blood pressure! I had a 1:45 p.m. appt. in the Aventura office, and to my surprise, the tech started my lab work within 10 minutes of my arrival. Miss Tina was very professional and efficient. I barely felt the stick. Within seconds, it seemed, she had withdrawn three vials of blood. I was a little apprehensive about going because I've been getting my blood drawn at the doctor's office for the last 10 years, but turns out I had nothing to worry about. What a relief! read more
