I wish I did not have to leave any stars because they deserve none. The lab completely messed up my results or sent my doctor someone else's results and since that occurred, I have been sick and I'm having a hard time finding a doctor who will take care of me. I cannot function. I cannot work because of the sickness this has caused me, so I will lose my job, but I promise, I will spread the word about them on every platform that I can. I have called and spoken to several supervisors, promised to receive a call back and notthing. I finally got in touch with Karen M., Senior Quest Experience Support Liaison. Well, this Karen states she will return calls, emails, text messages. She has returned one and told me she would reach out to the medical director and get back with me ASAP and it has been a week now. I've tried to be nice and I've tried to explain that I believe we all can make mistakes and I just need theirs corrected and I explained what I needed. I suppose I'm not important enough to them, but I will make sure they remember my name at every location that I've ever seen them at before this is all over with. People have died because they have sent in the wrong results or miss handled the specimen. All I asked is for them to own up to their mistake so I can get my treatment and feel better. So please, if you're a smart person, stay away from them because if not, you're just playing a game of Russian Roulette. They are playing with my livelihood and my well-being. They have so many suits against them as it is, you would think they would step up and do the right thing. Only good thing I can say about them is if you work for them you're probably golden because they don't wanna own up to what they have wronged. read more

I took my wife there to get her biometrics done for our Virgin Pulse. We made the appointment using the Virgin Pulse app which was very easy. Everything was covered by insurance. We arrived and followed strict COVID rules even though SC doesn't enforce them. She was taken in about 10 minutes. Her name is posted on the TV monitor with the estimated wait time which fluctuates constantly. It first showed her at 5 minutes, then 30 minutes and a couple of minutes later they came out for her. She was back within another 5 minutes. End to end, it took about 15-20 minutes from arrival to departure. Not too bad. read more

My experience was wonderful. Very prompt with my appointment. Technician was very professional and drew my blood with ease.

I have a standing order for blood work. I've used quest labs in chicagos Atlanta and now here in Hilton head. Quests biggest issue is inconsistency. I have received a range of experiences from excellent to awful. This location was understaffed. Only one technician on duty. She was doing the work of a full staff greeting patients. Performing blood draws Wanda was exceptional a great asset to the company. I even joked with her she was doing the job of four people and they should pay her 4 times her salary. I think quest needs to evaluate their business operations more closely and recognize that people like Wanda work hard to make it all work out Wake up and take care of you're people. read more

From the moment I walked in the door to the crazy fast turnaround time for my results, I was so impressed. The check-in kiosk was easy, and the technician helping me was quick, courteous and helpful. I was able to create an account online from the information she provided me while at the site. The results came to my physician and my email within 2 days. Face mask signs in your reception area are all over your office. If you are going to require people to wear face masks you should supply them! There is no receptionist in there, but is a check in pad .. however if your want people to check themselves in on a glass pad ..... Clean the glass! Covid is transmitted through your hands! How stupid can you people be??? Maybe you should also study how viruses are really transmitted! Masks do not work! And you call yourselves medical professionals??? My husband took my daughter to get blood work done but she was supposed to fast so they told us to come back in the morning. I took her in first thing in the morning when they opened and waited nearly an hour before I had to leave and get her to school so she was never seen. There is not a person at the front to tell you how long the wait is. When someone did come out to get another patient, I asked how long the wait would be and they said it be another 30 Plus minutes. The staff was not friendly. You are completely screwed unless you make appointment. read more
