Wife waited 2+ hours for blood works. Staff said they couldn't open doctors request that has been sent multiple times. What a disaster!

Went in for a standard drug test as required by my new employer. Set an appointment for the next time available, a week later than when I was booking. Arrived to the appointment on time, but was not seen until an hour after my appointment. No updates or anything. Took walk-in appointments instead of my pre-booked appointment. read more

Most horrible experience! Showed up 20 min early and ended up waiting 2.5 hours! Had to walk away without service. Asked for a supervisor to which they replied that there wasn't one. Had to demand some type of contact information for someone of authority. They finally gave me a number that goes to an answering machine where the mailbox is full. The only human in the office in Bryan was the nice lady that drew my blood. Check in was done on a small screen and the waiting room was very small, outdated and dirty. I was very uncomfortable there. read more

Make sure to make an appointment before! They were not able to be very accommodating to walk-ins because of how busy they were, but after waiting 1.5 hours and explaining my situation to the specialists, they were very kind and let me in for a drug test. They were awful here!! Don't go!! I had to get my blood drawn for some test and the guy that took me back was absolutely horrible. I told him I had a history of passing out and he told me rudely that I was too old for that. There system was also down, so they couldn't get my paperwork on file and made me go back in the waiting room and try to get my doctors office on the phone. When I went back finally with my paperwork, he kept making snarky comments about how he didn't want to run the tests on me and was so impatient! read more

I had a great experience at this location. I booked an appointment online which was super convenient. I was alone in the waiting room and only sat about a minute. The nurse was kind and professional. I did have my paperwork and insurance ready which as was asked for, so be sure to have all the necessary documents for your appointment. The nurse had no problem with my blood work and I was out of the office in about 10 minutes. If I ever need medical testing again I will come here. read more

After I got off work I showed up at 7:30 to have to have my bloodwork done and no one showed up. There were about 13 other people waiting at the door when I came in. It is now 8:30 as I type this and still no one has come in and even after calling the number online I couldn't leave a message because their mailbox is full. I'm super irritated because I just feel like there should at least be a sign on the door that says they will be closed for the day if so. read more

Horrible customer service! Super rude on the phone, hung up on me. I just needed to confirm that they'd received my doctor's lab orders. I will drive to Houston before I will use this place. read more
