They weren't honoring appts at all and were so backed up and it seems it's like that each time I have been-probably because it's next to the hospital and there are several Dr's offices around. This location is smaller but the staff are terrific and they do honor appts. Had me in and out-even with non-appt people there within 5 min. The only thing I don't care for is they take a credit card if you have private insurance before running it through your insurance. I understand that people don't pay their bills but I don't like having my credit card information on file, but other than that, a good experience.

Bing was soft spoken, gentle, kind and all around a pleasure to talk to. I explained to him that whenever I get my blood drawn, they always blow out my vein, he made sure to use a smaller needle and made the experience quick and painless. I tried to make an appt. online but nothing was available til December so I decided to take my chances and walk in. I walked in and checked in at the kiosk. My name was called and I was welcome by a friendly Labtech. Once she verified everything she called me back to take my blood. Basically no waiting. I was thankful that she was able to fill three tubes on the first try. A great start to my day.

This isn't the first terrible experience here either. They told a previous employer I had previous drug screening for that I refused to test and left on my own when they couldn't get me in either. A bunch of them were sitting in the employee only room doing jack while people were in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Rhonda is the only one I saw actually working, and she was the one who did eventually get my vein. Give her a pay raise and take from the other employees because she was the only one I actually saw walking around working, while the others just walked out the employee room when their shift was over. I waited 3 hours for a simple blood draw.

The first 2 went alright but when it came to doing my hip the tech was in such a rush to get me out of there he slammed the thing over my hips never taking the headphones off my head so I could hear him say anything made sure this thing was over my hip bones and proceeded to slam my legs and feet together and tied my feet together and walked out started the machine and clicks constantly. I couldn't lay still my back hurt my legs hurt and sorry for this but even my butt Crack hurt because he gave no time to position myself on the table. They don't talk to you through the headphones like other places to let you know what is going on. I WAS NOT TREATED LIKE A HUMAN!!!!! I AM NOT AN ANIMAL LIKE HE MADE ME FEEL!!
