The location was awesome. From the front desk to the lobotomist. Attentive on time and courteous. I very highly dislike having my blood drawn and I must say Everet did a beyond fabulous job. He has been doing this for over 6 years and it truly shows. I did not felt a pinch and took care of it a pleasant manner. I just might want my blood drawn tomorrow also! Just kidding I highly recommend this location. The room was packed although they were pulling the folks in, quite easy, and the board had mostly walk-ins. I have yet to not have an issue when going to the Coral Springs center. This has been going on for years. When I made my appt I did not realize I did not get a confirmation email. Went to my appt at 8:45am and was turned away. In the past I have had to remind them that I was there as I watched whole rooms full of people go in, only to be told, so sorry I don't know what happened. How many times can they give me a hematoma when drawing my blood?! The fact the the insurance companies force us to use this substandard facility is a sham. read more

Women doing my blood work put clean gloves on then touched keyboard and mouse and paperwork before preparing for my blood to be drawn very unsanitary she also said right as I sat down in the room with her that she had " the worst headache ever" during a time like this I feel this is unacceptable. read more

Quest has made the whole idea of human testing pretty straightforward yet somehow it is always a hassle to get blood drawn at a different place than at your doctors. Recently, I have been taking my dad to the doctors quite frequently and we have been to Quest twice in the last month. This time we had to go to the location next to the Coral Springs hospital. The office is located across the street from the hospital and the building has plenty of parking including covered parking which is a benefit in the florida summer. As soon as you enter the office they have three sign in counters so that process is easy but once you sign in it takes forever for them to fulfill your appointment. We were called approximately thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment and the process of taking blood took pretty much less than two minutes. But the wait time is what gives this a 3 star. If they can improve that aspect of their service they might get a star higher. In the meantime the staff is very professional and they know exactly what they are doing. read more

Quest is the absolute best lab to go to. The employees are amazing. Professional and efficient. I was at Lab Corp sitting for over 2 hrs. I requested my paperwork and found Quest . Went in was greeted courteously and my labs were drawn within a few minutes!!!! I will be going back for my lab work. Kudos to the employees of Quest read more

Five stars for Ann Marie from Jamaica. I was sent here for blood work after my doctors office techs busted up both of my arms with bruises and broken veins after 6 tries to get blood and failed to get my veins. A week later I was sent here. I was terrified, nauseous and scared in a cold swear down my back and ino my shoes. I apologized a million times to this nice lady but I was so nervous and about to cry. She was so calming that she got my nerves down and was so confident that I started to feel better. Sure enough she got the blood and it wasnt too bad. I was embarassed about being a fuss but I sure appreciated her. I hope people dont take things for granted...these folks are so talented...if you ever get someone at another place that hurts you bad...come over to Quest to see Miss Ann Marie. This place is really efficient. My husband went there when they first opened in the morning (he was a walk in). There were 15 people in front of him and he was in and out and back home in about an hour. I think that's pretty great, considering that he did not have an appointment! I always make an appointment online, ahead of time and I'm usually seen within minutes and out of there in under half an hour. I like the fact that you check in on an iPad and you can see your place in line on the tv screen. No complaints here! read more

I've always gone to this location and had a great experience. This morning I had an appointment and the phlebotomist was extremely rude. She was so rude that I was uncomfortable having her draw my blood, so I left and went to a different location. I won't be returning to this particular Quest. read more

What a horrible experience. I have an 8:40 appointment today and at 9 I am still waiting and number 13 on the list. What a horrible.

i told the person in the front I did not have my labs printed, but I had them pulled up on my phone to see if they would still take my blood. She said okay and sat me in the waiting room. I waited 40 minutes for them to tell me to come back the next day with the labs printed. I was told I would not have to wait since the employee at the front was not knowledgeable enough to tell me i wouldn't be able to get my blood drawn without the physical copy of my lab orders. I ended up waiting anyways for 30 minutes again because Leon, who told me to come at 12 and I wouldn't have to wait, decided to take his lunch. read more

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. First, this location is always behind schedule. They do not care about the patients at all. Appointment times are never on time. If you need your blood drawn at a certain time, you better schedule at least a half hour before it is due in order to have it drawn at a time close to when you need it drawn. Also, they don't care if your are a fasting diabetic or not. The staff is awful and rude. They won't let you talk to someone in charge when you ask. This sit is mismanaged and should not schedule so many appointments for each time slot since they can't seem to handle to the number of appointments. I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to any of my friends or family (I don't think I would recommend it to my enemies, either.) read more

Everyone there are always nice and friendly even while we are dealing with COVID chaos.... I always book my appointments for this location.

Wait times at least 45+ minutes in the morning. Not sure why they would allow scheduling each 10 minutes if they can't cover the demand. Quest is certainly a thriving business and should be stepping up their game if they have more customers than they can serve with "scheduled appointments". What's the use of scheduling if your time won't be honored? The phlebotomist was great but the two receptionists I interacted with were certainly tired and annoyed to have to explain to each and every patient that they are running almost one hour late. It is clear that all employees in general are overworked and need additional help. To complete the bad experience, the bathrooms used to collect urine samples had no paper towels and no hand soap. Did they ever hear about basic hygiene and sample contamination? I wonder if this place has a manager on duty. Any basic lab will have posted instructions in the bathroom to avoid sample contamination, but not this place. Yuck. read more

I would give the office team and phlebotomists 5 stars but their billing department gets zero stars. The staff showed I have paid my co-pays and I have zero balance but the headquarters in Cincinnati is bilking me for $71 and is threatening to put me in collections. Just awful. I wonder how many other patients they are doing this to as well. read more

My five year old son was crying during his blood lab, obviously scared of the experience. The tech was upset and didn't hide it. She exhibited unprofessional behavior towards this child. This occurred at the Coral Springs Lab on Coral Hills Dr. Never again will we return. read more

When I walked into quest diagnostics, I had not called in. I had a referral from a different lab, and the technician at the front desk accepted the paperwork anyway. And she went beyond the call of duty by processing it beyond hours. I just wanted to give some recognition for this wonderful woman, Gaby Rozin, who also worked with a lovely spirit. read more

First time visit. I went for a blood draw that I had to fast for. Got my blood drawn and left. Got to my car and took a bite of a snickers bar. Next thing I'm getting a phone call asking me to come back. Turns out they'd forgotten a set of labs. I told them I just ate something. When I got there, the panel they'd forgotten was from my Obgyn, which required fasting. Not only do I now have needle sticks in both arms which means double the bruising and pain, my results may not be accurate. Also, the phlebotomist also kept dropping both new and used tubes on the floor. I don't feel the procedure was sanitary. I will never go back to this location. read more

Too early for the attitude, just because I asked about the wait. Guess what, I don't want to be there either!

Blatantly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Upon arriving for my wife's scheduled biometric screening we were met with a locked door and staff insistent on closing early. Staff went so far as to direct customers in the waiting room to not open the front door, have customers leave out of the back door, and ignore calls from their main office. We literally stood outside for 30 minutes listening to the phone ring inside the office without so much as an attempt to acknowledge, explain, reschedule, or communicate with us. Quest clearly doesn't CARE, including the main office in their half hearted attempt to help. We as customers implicitly​ trust health care providers and when they operate in this manner that ability to trust care will be delivered reliably and SAFELY is altogether lost. read more

Waiting an hour wait with an appointment is not ok! I understand if I'm doing a walk in and that's been the case before but with an appointment and you check in on time and the prompt says 4 minutes and you're still waiting for over 30 minutes to even get called back?! This is what happens when there's no competition. Only one clerk at the window and 12 people in the waiting room. Plus they charge whatever they feel like. One clerk quoted me $600 and when I went back the next day a different girl told me $400. read more

I brought my son here last week for bloodwork. We explained he has collapsed veins due to chemo and years of dealing with cancer. They could not have cared less. His arm was and still is ripped apart and has huge black and blue marks up and down his arm. He looks like he was mauled. Shame on this place. These people have no experience and could not care less. Upon my arrival my first observation was the cleanliness of the place and the staff their promptness not forgetting i had no appointment and also my veins can never be located but diligently and with care the job was painlessely done..great job .beautiful ladies ....thanks linese read more
