I made an appointment for bloodwork and was seen by a woman named Pete. My low rating for this visit is because I gave my insurance information and told her that I had coverage with Quest, yet she still continued to try to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked her multiple times to double check and explain my benefits yet she was adamant that she was right. I later called my insurance to confirm my benefits, and they were surprised to hear about my experience. I thankfully went to another location for my bloodwork up in Northglenn. I had no issues at the other Quest Diagnostics location. This wasted a lot of my time though, a cancelled appointment, long phone call with my insurance, driving 30 mins to a new spot.. I should not have been denied my insurance coverages in the first place. The only good things I have to say is the guy at the front desk was friendly, and wait time was short. read more

i had a blood test performed on march 6th and quest failed to perform the thiamin portion of the blood test. this was specifically ordered by my doctor yet quest elected not to perform it. my doctor was kind enough to call quest and request that quest perform the test again. quest agree to do so at no charge. so i came in again the end of march to have the thiamin test redone. once again quest failed to do the thiamin test yet redid all the other tests that did not need to be done and charged me for the entire visit again. i sent 3 requests for someone to assist me with the billing and after 2 weeks, no one has contacted me. of course they do not have a customer service number. you have to send an email which they choose to ignore. horrible service and incompetent apparently. read more

After being on hold for over 40 minutes, I decided to write about what Quest Diagnostics has done. I was out of town from 11/17/25 - 12/11/25 caring for my mother in hospice care. I returned home sooner than expected and immediately had my mail re-delivered to my permanent address. I paid my Quest Diagnostic bill immediately. The reason I am writing is that Quest Diagnostics tried to deposit/cash the same check payment TWICE! The second time it had the 'Pay To' (Quest Diagnostics) and other info whited out. Good thing my bank caught your billing fraud/scam. I will continue to report your billing fraud/scam action everywhere. Advice: Do not ever fraud your patients! Another issue I noticed, is when I went to review Quest Diagnostic's online billing to explain what Quest Diagnostic billing did with trying to cash my check twice, each time I went to submit, a TIME OUT notification came up, even tho each time I sped up and copy/pasted the complaint, it would not let me SUBMIT the complaint. I recommend you fix your online billing complaint section to make you accountable to business integrity. They also disable the submit button to send a Quest Diagnostic Customer Satisfaction Survey. I just keep encountering more issues to write about that reflects their poor business integrity. read more

Dislike having my blood taken due to the fact that I have difficult veins and most people cannot take my blood the first time. I've been to this location of Quest before and they've been great so I made my appointment confident that they'd treat me right. That didn't ease all my fears though so I was still pensive on my drive there. Their reminder and check in texts were appreciated. I misjudged traffic and ended up being half an hour early. Parked right in front of the building and decided to check in early since they do take walk-ins giving preference to appointments of course. The signage made the process easy. The kiosks were simple to use and self explanatory. Checked that I would wait in the waiting area instead of in my vehicle. The tech came to get me about five minutes later. She obtained my blood work order and deets while I settled in. I explained about my difficult veins and chatted on to ease my nervousness. Tina was excellent and after feeling my veins she picked one. Stuck the needle in once while I looked away and we were done. Hallelujah! I definitely recommend this location and Tina. Make an appointment to ensure you have a spot in their schedule. read more

I worked for Quest diagnostics, and I was injured. My lead treated me horrible. My manager. My regional. And the corporate office. My injuries have destroyed, my life, my body, my family. They did everything they could to suppress me and bring me to the edge of no longer being able to take any more. Upon my repeated calls to the corporate office begging for help for my injuries that I received at work. For me begging to just to be treated properly, no one called me back no one helped me. Instead, they called the police on me. They're all about making money, but not taking care of the . This is why they can't keep employees. I was injured so badly I have had to have surgery in years worth of treatment Hold a steady job I can't even really bend over and pick things up off the floor. But guess what that doesn't matter to the money making machine I am nothing. They preach about how they're there to help people. Well, they sure didn't care about helping their employee. And they did everything to make it worse for me. 5 bulging discs. 2 that are torn. In the neck, lower back where you bend over or use to do almost any motion of movement. I between my shoulders. Broke my thumb. Swelling in my right hip. Hand was jammed for over 2 1/2 years. Torn rotary cuff. Many other things. Ca not even sweep my floor with out being put in bed all day with severe pain after. Now me and my family that had had to take care of me are all on anxiety, panic and depression meds. Destroyed us financially, medically, physically and had had severe irreversible damage. They could've helped me. They could've done right by me. They make how much money? But they would not do right by me and still have not done right by me. read more

Went in for a simple urinalysis. Nurse/phlebotomist was annoyed that I didn't hear her call my name. She did not greet me, did not tell me the process of anything she was doing, and got upset when I went to rinse my hands before pumping soap. She did not show me the way out of the facility. I cooperated just fine, but it's upsetting to see how rude people are when all you need to do is pee in a cup. read more

Went into this location for an unscheduled blood draw. Considering, wait was about 30 mins, which is reasonable for no appointment. Also, the building was undergoing maintenance, reducing 1 entire room for them to be efficient. I was required to still wear a mask. FYI. The tech was friendly for his last appointment of the day, and carefully explained everything in a satisfactory way. Keep up the good service! read more

Wow. If I'm liking a person even after they stick a needle in my arm, I know they're good! Quest does routing blood work (blood sugar, cholesterol, etc), drug screenings, etc. You can make an appointment, but they also accept walk-ins, and you probably won't have to wait long at all. I really can't over emphasize how great the staff is here. I came in today to get some routine blood work done, and they were quick, friendly, and efficient. Even though there was a line, I don't think I spent more than ten minutes in the place. The employees themselves were 100% worthy of five stars. The only area in which they could do better is privacy. I was having blood drawn about two feet away from another patient, with no curtain or anything - a little privacy would be nice, especially if you do have questions about your tests, or have to go into any discussion about your medical history. read more

Incompetence. They offer to let college kids practice on you to draw your blood. Already sitting in the seat, I didn't know what to say, so said yes. It's a weird question and feels like entrapment, if college students will be practicing on your body, even just for blood draws there should be waivers. This college student missed the vein or went too deep- the tech monitoring this said "you went too deep" and was unable to get blood. Then offered to let her (the college student who just missed my vein) "try again" I don't feel comfortable with this kind of practice. As a person paying for healthcare, this is not an experience I'd recommend. If they paid me, maybe we can let kids practice on my body - incompetence. read more

By far the most inconvenient process I have had to deal with. First they book an appointment for a Drug test at a location that DOESNT COLLECT DRUG TEST. Then they send me to another location where they say "stand by will only take 15 minutes" lol i waited for 45 before they told me it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes. So they expect you to sit there for an hour while having to hold your pee so you can take your test. I would never EVER suggest this unorganized DUMP to my worst enemy. read more

Getting my blood drawn went great. My frustration comes from my sample drop off. The person who drew my blood told me that I could come in and drop off my sample without waiting. However, when I came back with my sample, the person in charge was very rude, spoke down to me, and then made me wait for everyone in the waiting area to have their blood work completed before I could hand her my specimen bags. It was a huge waste of time and I think could have been better coordinated, and more approached more kindly. read more

My son just showed me a bill from quest diagnostics for $660 for blood work for an annual physical... at the time it was done they took his insurance card with no indication of cost. I had a physical with same insurance at quest with completely different, significantly less amount. This is not good business practice and needs to be investigated read more

Phenomenal service, phenomenal people, phenomenal experience. It was a snap to find parking, the guard at the front of the building was beaming from ear to ear when I came in, the medical technicians who got me set up and took my blood were friendly, quick, and efficient, and I was in and out of there in six minutes to have bloodwork done. That was an enormous sentence. No matter. No wait, clean office, zero complaints. I intend to get all future tests done here if possible. And it doesn't hurt that it's just down the street from several hundred of my favorite stores. Yay! read more

Today, I had to go into Quest to get a drug screening for my new job. I came in 3 hours prior to them closing. I walked in, I checked in & they told me it would be about 15 minutes. It had almost been 2 hours of waiting. I am understanding of people running behind. But, they told me at least 3 different times 15 more minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had things I needed to do & I was unable to do those things due to the lack of communication. All of the workers were rude to me & I was kindly asking how long it would be. This is unacceptable & I am frustrated. I assume all quest places aren't this unorganized but, I would not recommend any person or business going through here. read more

Annual company sponsored health check. Great ladies here, but the Indian lady hit my nerve on my arm with the needle blood draw. Never happened before in my prior experiences with drawing blood. Never had pain before. I feel the nerve pinching this morning. If I ever go back to this Quest, I will ask for another lady to do the blood draw. read more

This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time. I went in as a self pay for a culture for a UTI. They looked up the doc orders, told me it would be $110 and I paid and left. 2 months later I get a supplemental bill for $150 and there was no negotiating, appealing ....nothing. Don't bother making an appointment as whoever signs in first gets to go in first. 6 walk-ins ahead of me while I'm there 10 minutes before my appointment. All walk ins get called in first, then they don't have all their orders and have to get on the phone. 20 minutes past my appointment I'm pointing out that this is unacceptable and they start getting into how some of those people had waited a long time. That's what you have to expect when you don't make an appointment. All the while I have to listen to the 3 employees how they hate healthy food and will go to the Wendy's around the corner, which, as I learned, is a godsend to have so close to their work. read more

I was astonished at the lack of privacy in this dingy collection clinic. I was sent there on 8/30/2016 for a pre-employment UA. The man ahead of me, dressed in Denver Fire Dept. apparel, was in for a full blood chemistry panel, and he only brought the lab request with him. Because he did not bring a Worker's Comp form, the phlebotomist hopped on the phone at the front desk and had a loud conversation where she shared all of this patient's personal info...his full name, his address, his DOB, the last four of his Social Security number. Anyone in the tiny waiting area could hear this. When the UA tech called for me, I mentioned that the public broadcasting of this info was a violation of the patient's rights under HIPAA laws. This young East Indian woman was quite put-off by my comment and said there was no one to complain to. Then she proceeded to "handle" me as if I was a trouble maker. She went so far as to remove her name tag, and she took a marker to her name on the verification form that I needed to return to my new employer. (And, she was right...there is no one to complain to as there is no home office listed for Quest Diagnostics anywhere on the Internet.) read more

This facility is incredibly short staffed and I feel badly for the employees. I waited for an hour for a screening and couldn't stay any longer so I left. There were others with appointments who waited an hour and a half beyond their appointment time and still had not been seen when I left. Please employ more people at this location so that the employees can do their jobs well and not be so stressed out. Several people were angry with the women at this facility and it cannot be a healthy work environment for them. I imagine the turn over rate is quite high here because they do not have the things they need to complete their jobs. read more

I went to this location to have a blood draw, there were three ladies sitting behind the counter having a conversation, and acted like I was invisible. I signed in & was the thrown a pad to write my name & date of birth (mind you no one was there)! When I told the lady I had signed in she told me it was for privacy reasons! I told her no one was there, she procecided to tell me someone could be hiding around a corner! I told her that I thought she was being rude when another employee chimed in & said she didn't think so! First off it was none of her business & I think if I need to be worried about my information she would be the one I would worry about!! I have used Quest for many years & this is the first time I have ever been treated so rude! I will think twice about coming here again!!!! read more
