10/5 stars for this place. Within two weeks I had to go in four separate times for blood work (oof) and I was terrified. Because of this office and the sweet, patient ladies who work here, I am no longer afraid to have blood drawn. They let me practically lay down every procedure. They catered to me once the procedure was finished, letting me rest until I felt okay to stand. They talked to me through each appointment to help get my mind off things. Oh and I should mention that they are AMAZING and TALENTED. I had little to no bruising after four procedures. They found my veins immediately and took just seconds in my arm, then I was on my way. I am so grateful for the women at this Labcorp for providing me with such an amazing blood test experience, because frankly they didn't have to be so sweet. They went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable during each procedure, and I will forever be grateful to them. Labcorp, you have a team of individuals here you must NEVER let go. Primart complaint. Inefficient. Choose a different location if you have anything else that you need to do with your time but wait. Came in for a pre-employment drug test and spent the better part of two hours waiting. Have been to many busy places that can get this done in 30 minutes or less. I would give it -5 stars if I could this place is just not cool. Heard that several people one or two people within 45 minutes. Their labs have been lost including a doctor. one of the receptionist the young white lady she was OK. She was nice. She's friendly. The Native American person. I don't know if it was a man or female is rude as hell rude is shrill and rude and snippy to everybody. I heard people commenting about how they came two or three days in a row and the same snotty as can be so perhaps you should probably fire that person or let them know that they're not doing a good job. read more

I waited almost two hours for my appointment. the staff took people who checked in after me and I had an appointment. the staff used training a new employee as an excuse for running so inefficiently. unacceptable to wait for that long. read more

I chose the closest location and scheduled my appointment no problem. I got a confirmation email that also stated the address I selected. I get all the way here and it's a sign on the door that says temporarily closed and lists another address to go to. Are you kidding? The address on the site should be updated! The confirmation email should inform you of an updated address. Only way to know it's closed is to call and there's no reason to call when scheduling online! This is ridiculous beyond belief and so inconsiderate to people's time. I can't hop in a car and go to the right address I have to pay for an uber, walk a mile, or take a bus that runs every 30 minutes!!!!! So rude! So unprofessional! read more

I arrived at the appointed time and three people watched me struggle to check in. After I did, they told me their computers were down and they couldn't take my digital lab order. I made this appointment six weeks ago so I could be the first person. I had to drive to a print shop to get my lab order printed off my phone to bring it back to them. I don't think I've ever come to this location and had an easy experience. read more

Depending on where you look the lab either opens at 7:30 or at 8. But nearly 8:10 and they're still not open. Useless.

Went in to get some labwork done that was requested by my Surgeon. When I walked to get the Express check-in. I was having some issues . Kyla immediately walked away from her desk to assist me. Kyla didn't change words. Had a very willing and kind attitude to assist me. Just very very helpful! Keep up the great work Kyla the attitude you have will go a very long way ! Truly a great experience. I was in and out in under 45 minutes without an appointment and my insurance being a struggle to work with. The phlebotomist that took my blood was Crista Montano on 3/31/25 around 11 am. She made me feel super cared for and comfortable. I had to get a lot of blood drawn, and on top of that I had to fast for 12 hours beforehand. She got a few tubes from one vein and then that vein unfortunately stopped giving enough blood to keep using it (I was dehydrated and a bit tense, so not really her fault). She only poked me one other time and was able to get the rest of the tubes filled. She was super knowledgeable and kind, even offered me an ice pack to wake my body up since I was feeling a bit dizzy after and had brought gatorade since I know I get dizzy after. She used the standard needle (23 gauge, I believe) to get it done faster and gave me there for a shorter time. Literally barely felt it the first time, then a bit more the second (due to lack of adrenaline and area of that vein vs the first vein). Last thing is she had great bedside (chair side?) manner and made me feel comfortable. Quite literally could not have had a better experience under the circumstances because of her! If her boss is reading this, give her a raise or something, literally the best phlebotomist I've been to (and I've been to quite a few). read more

If I could zero stars I would. This lab LOST a cancer biopsy of mine. They scrambled for a few months to 'find' it with the help of an additional DNA test supplied by me. But that only confirmed that said biopsy was inconclusive due to their negligence. 0/10 would not recommend using them for anything that you need and want reliable medical results for. read more

Awful experience. Waited over an hour for a urine drug screen (for which I had an appointment - not a walk-in) and kept being promised "15 more minutes" over and over again. Was told "these take a long time - it's a controlled process." No, they don't take a long time. I have done multiple screens for employment and it takes all of 5 minutes. Staff appeared disorganized. In addition: no parking, no safe or convenient area for drop off or pick up. Would not recommend. read more

Employees confused and not trained well. Took over 30 minutes for them to look up a simple test. I told the slow employee that I didn't want to be at this lab anymore. In addition to their confusion, the attitude toward patients was disgusting. They were talking secretly and left confidential information lying out on the front counter for something that was supposed to go out but never made it. Finally, the blood draw nurse suggested it was inappropriate to leave such paperwork lying out. The other employees giggled and gossiped. The only one who seemed to have any clue what they were doing was the only person doing blood draws. Again, I said I'd like my forms back so I could go to another facility. The woman at the front told me I could do that, but I'd receive the same information and treatment at any other LabCorp. No worries...Based on this experience I'm staying as far away as I can from the dysfunctional workplace and abysmal treatment that is LabCorp. read more

I was second in line through the door then I didn't get called up until after 5 or 6 people then they somehow can't find the orders for lab work and will not call my doctor to resend them. Horrible!!! Dont go here!!! No parking as it is in complex along with Swedish hospital. Dangerous street crossing! No one at front desk for over 15 minutes!!! I have terrible veins and am ALWAYS poked a minimum for 3 times sometimes much more. I bruise and they never get it on the inside of my elbow so it's always a painful spot. Priscilla took me back and got the van on the inside of my elbow the first try. I literally didn't even feel it. Very impressive! read more

On October 26, 2018 I took my Nephrologist's written prescription to complete a series of blood tests to LabCorp, Englewood, CO. The office had only one staff present, and a waiting room filled with customers. There was no clear sign or indicator as to how to sign-in, or how to notify the staff that you were there. There was no simple method by which I could take a number, or be reassured that I would be taken care of in an orderly fashion. I had to figure things out for myself, and ended up waiting almost an hour to have my labs taken. The one staff member handled all the front desk in-take responsibilities, along with executing all lab tests in the back of the office. I blame corporate for this absolutely untenable and unprofessional mismanagement of a busy service provider office. It was very clear that the single staff member was also dealing with a very bad cold or flu. She was sniffing constantly, had to blow her nose loudly at times, had red eyes. She should have been nowhere near the public in her medical condition. This was the beginning of my nightmare at LabCorp Englewood. I told the lab tech how important these test results were to me. My Nephrologist was going to use the results to re-evaluate a long-standing diagnosis that may now be incorrect. I clearly told her and wrote on the lab paperwork that LabCorp was to send copies of the results to me and to my Primary Care Physician. I included the addresses and other contact information to make their job easy to fulfill my request. I have been out of the country since the end of November, 2018 and I assumed that the results were at least at my Nephrologist's and PCP offices, even if I had not received the results. I am applying for traveler's health insurance and the change in my diagnosis will make it possible for me to obtain such insurance. I contacted my Nephrologist asking about the results and her determinations. She notified me today, February 27, 2019 that her office never received the results!!! Let me be clear, LabCorp certainly charged my Medicare/Advantage Insurance for the labs. I had to pay a higher than normal copay. And they never got the results to the Dr. This is malpractice! The test results were critical to my well-being and to my ability to obtain insurance. I feel LabCorp was profoundly negligent in not performing their job as per our agreement and as per their pledge to do a good job for their customers. I am very angry and would never encourage anyone to have their labs taken care of at LabCorp. In fact I would suggest they stay away from LabCorp as they can be hurt by their negligence, by the way they treat their staff, by the lack of proper staffing to manage efficiently and professionally their many responsibilities. read more

Been sitting here for 30 minutes. Several people have been here longer. No one has been called in yet. They can't find people's paperwork for appointments scheduled long in advanced. Oh 40 minutes in one person has been called back! Maybe I can read a magazine there is one magazine seems to be only one. Fly Fisherman from 4 months ago. 50 minutes. Really good at having people take a seat! 54 minutes in two people called! The look of dejection and needing to pee washing over the eyes of the waiting room. Some people have been waiting to drop something off for 15 minutes. Seems like that should take 2? Now about 30 for them. It took them 50 minutes. They dropped it off. It took less than a minute, no explanation. Hmm this poor old lady with a cane is standing is waiting to pay. No one is taking her insurance. Been like 5 minutes. She is walking out angry. It seems like some people have had some bad experiences here, can't really speak to this. I'm going on accutane so I need to get extensive lab work and UAs every month. I've been here three times now. 1) make an appointment. It is busy and there are a LOT of walk ins from the hospital and doctors offices in the building. Without an appointment it's possible to wait hours especially since anyone with an appointment will get in before you. It's easy to do at any of Labcorp's locations and they usually have available times the next day. If you're fasting however try to book ahead of time since earlier appointments book up faster because of his. But for routine no fasting work they always have a spot for me even when I just book a day in advance. 2) I have found that the staff is professional. I've had bad experiences with blood work. I was nervous the first time, cried, I always pass out. They put me in a room to lay down in. Talked me through it, asked me questions, told me to close my eyes etc. they are unbelievably efficient and quick even though I had to have many vials taken. Afterwards the nurse even gave me unsolicited but VERY welcomed advice on how to make it easier, which veins to request elsewhere and what needles to request (since I've had so many people destroy veins hence the deep fear). 3) If you have an appointment I have never been in the office for longer than 10-15 minutes total and a good 3 minutes of that is me recovering laying down so I don't pass out. Come prepared. I have my Id, payment method, prescription, and insurance card in hand. Never ANY mix ups. 4) My only slight negative is the bathroom for urine samples does not have a sink. The sink is located outside the bathroom to the left. Still a sink, with soap and hand towels. Not a big deal at all. Any mix ups I can't speak to since it hasn't happened to me, but I've had great experiences here. I've had 3 different people draw blood and each one was amazing and very kind. My advice is come prepared and make an appointment. Definitely changed the experience. read more

Just horrible. I dropped off a lab that Dispatch Health had prepared at LabCorp near Swedish Hosp since they are the preferred lab of DH. The sample had the lab order slip in the side pocket of the specimen bag. The LabCorp employee looked at it and said they had "everything we need." 3 days later we find out from DH that LabCorp did not perform the culture because "it wasnt labeled properly." So now i have to obtain another specimen and my family member is sicker, take it to another lab (since I can't trust LabCorp now) and wait another 2-4 days for lab results. In the meantime, my family member isnt getting treated and will likely become even sicker, at which point we may be force to an emergency room. So much for ER diversion! My biggest question here, if it wasnt labeled properly, why didnt LabCorp reach out earlier so me or someone from DH could go back and fix whatever labeling issue they had? Instead, it was 3 days later, about the time the culture would have been expected to have results. Hmmm.. maybe they just botched the lab study and didnt want to own up to it? Anyway, seems like just another example of our healthcare system being broken. BTW I'm using Quest now. They insured that the labeling was correct when I dropped off the sample read more
