The order was sent via computer to lab corp. I used the wait in the car option getting there about 20 minutes before the appt time. As it got closer to the time I decided to wait inside. When I got there I was told that "the system was down". So not only was I not able to get the work done since I didn't have a physical paper order, but I would still probably be sitting in the car because no one contacted me to let me know there was a problem ( possible they were not able to access since the system was done?). Was not at all happy about my wasted time specially since I was fasting!!!!!!

I had a pleasant experience at this Advanced Radiology location! I was looking for the soonest…read moreavailability for an MRI scan, and this location was surprisingly open and had plenty of available spots on the Fourth of July. Wow! I was running a bit late to my early morning appointment (whoops..), and the lady at the front desk who I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and definitely lessened my anxieties. Upon my arrival, the front desk was as pleasant and kind as she was over the phone. We exchanged pleasantries and chatted about the holiday. Once I was prepped for my MRI, the MRI technician was also as pleasant and had a wonderful demeanor setting me up on their 1.5T MRI machine. She asked what music I wanted to listen to over the large headphones, to which I (obviously) asked for The Beatles. A pleasant experience overall, and time flew by! With the MRI being on that Saturday, with the Fourth of July holiday, the radiologist got back very early in the morning on Monday. If that service is no longer available there, the call center needs to be updated so patients don't waste their time and gas. Today, I had a mammogram scheduled for 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:34 a.m. after completing all my paperwork online, and I was told I was late and would not be seen. No effort was made to accommodate me for later today. The lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. They sent me on a pointless trip because of their own misinformation, then refused to see me over a four-minute delay. Patients deserve accurate information, professionalism, and basic respect. These POS are extremely inconsiderate !!

I do agree with some prior comments mentioning that staff needs some work. For example some of the phlebotomists could be better - e.g. not using gloves or using broken gloves. The billing and medical records personnel could be more courteous instead of dismissive and accusatory. Covid-19 practices: social distancing in effect. Limited patients. I always only saw 1-2 patients around which was nice. Despite this, it was easy to get an appointment, which I appreciated. Though they require masks, I did see a patient allowed in without a mask, which felt a bit unsafe. Perhaps she could have been provided a mask if she did not have one rather than allowed in without one. The staff were all masked, though where the phlebotomists congregate, they had masks off. This is another reason why they should wear appropriate gloves as I mentioned above. The lady who drew my blood had her mask half off before I entered, and when I arrived, she out her mask back on, but with her broken gloved hand! She did not wash her hands nor put on new gloves. I was kind of worried, so immediately after washed my entire arm with soap and water and went home to shower ASAP. Maybe I am being a bit paranoid, but with unknown effects of the virus on a fetus (and some scary reports coming out regarding placental infection and stillbirths), I do not want to take any chances. I have been fully quarantining, so definitely do not want to pick up a virus at a doctor's!

My wife had a few appointments here over the course of her pregannacy with twins and these people could not be any less unprofessional. I've personally never seen anything like it in my life. There is ZERO sense of urgency amongst the employees and it is absolutely disgusting! For starters, my wife had a 12:05 appointment. She arrived at 11:40 to check in, and she wasn't seen until 12:40. When I say "seen", I mean placed in the backroom next to the break room and left there with zero attention until 1:45 pm!!!! She could hear them eating lunch and carrying on while she sits there 30+ weeks pregnant with twins and a 2year old child. This is not the first time they have done this and after looking at the other reviews, this entire establishment needs to be monitored and inspected for piss poor care to their patients. How in the world are we supposed to have any confidence in the care my wife recieves at this place? I would highly recommend avoiding this place AT ALL COST. There are so many other options in the surrounding area with Office staff anf doctors that actually take their job seriously and with professionalism that you deserve! I've got a lot more to say about this place, but I'll stop here and allow all the 1 star reviews speak for themselves.
