Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. I believe they also offer vaccines here too. Will definitely come back next time I need a PCR especially if it's urgent.

The order was sent via computer to lab corp. I used the wait in the car option getting there about 20 minutes before the appt time. As it got closer to the time I decided to wait inside. When I got there I was told that "the system was down". So not only was I not able to get the work done since I didn't have a physical paper order, but I would still probably be sitting in the car because no one contacted me to let me know there was a problem ( possible they were not able to access since the system was done?). Im afraid to get my lab work done now especially in that arm. Please find people who know what they are doing so this won't happen to anyone else.
