So, SLOW DOWN. I turned right on Holabird and my GPS told me to turn after the bank, but I was like...... Where? I missed the turn And that's the only way to get back there. So I had to circle the block and come back. On the second attempt I saw the building and the quest diagnostics sign on the building. The driveway to get back there looks like a very narrow driveway to a house. That's it! You'll see Gundalk Weapon works. There's a driveway before the building and after the building. Use either one. Once you get inside it's a bit tricky. Not really, but there's nobody telling you what to do so you feel a bit unsure. They have a kiosk that will walk you through signing in or even if you were a walk-in. Make sure to bring your driver's license because the kiosk scans that as part of the check-in. Once I was checked in I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was called back. The phlebotomist was top notch. I didn't even feel her prick me! That's rare! She was professional, took the three viles of blood and I was on my way. I was back in my car and headed home by 9:40. I'll definitely keep coming back here as I track my labs!

You can't reach anyone on the phone to ask where it is as it's all automated. Finally found it and walked in late 10:40 to no one in the waiting room or at the desk thinking it wouldn't be a big deal, was waiting for 10 mins for the lady to tell me I'm 40 mins late (it was 30 but would have been 20 had I'd been taken back as again.. no one was there) and that they were about to close and to come back later but I'm squeezing this on my lunch break that's only so long to begin with and the office closes before I get off.. meanwhile this is for a surgery for something serious that I only had time for today for blood test, that will have to be pushed back another week bc the lady couldn't give me 10 mins. The lady was out of the building before break time. I knew better than to go to Dundalk.

I was running a bit late to my early morning appointment (whoops..), and the lady at the front desk who I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and definitely lessened my anxieties. Upon my arrival, the front desk was as pleasant and kind as she was over the phone. We exchanged pleasantries and chatted about the holiday. Once I was prepped for my MRI, the MRI technician was also as pleasant and had a wonderful demeanor setting me up on their 1.5T MRI machine. She asked what music I wanted to listen to over the large headphones, to which I (obviously) asked for The Beatles. A pleasant experience overall, and time flew by! With the MRI being on that Saturday, with the Fourth of July holiday, the radiologist got back very early in the morning on Monday. The quality put into the radiologist's impressions and observations was also very clear, specific, and helpful. Thanks, Advanced Radiology!

If that service is no longer available there, the call center needs to be updated so patients don't waste their time and gas. Today, I had a mammogram scheduled for 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:34 a.m. after completing all my paperwork online, and I was told I was late and would not be seen. No effort was made to accommodate me for later today. The lack of respect for patients' time is unacceptable. They sent me on a pointless trip because of their own misinformation, then refused to see me over a four-minute delay. Patients deserve accurate information, professionalism, and basic respect. These POS are extremely inconsiderate !!

Hoffman and Associates - Canton Location…read more This experience was a clear example of the poor service standards that seem to plague Baltimore -- and even worse coming from a healthcare provider. They failed to fill, or even follow up on, a vital prescription -- one that could have affected the outcome of care. The indifference was striking. After a stressful appointment that required immediate follow-up for an urgent health concern, the front desk had no awareness of the situation and casually asked if we could reschedule for later in the week. The healthcare provider couldn't take one minute to communicate the urgency to the staff. This is not healthcare -- it's health business. If you want to feel dismissed and treated like a number, this is your place. If you expect even the most basic level of care, communication, or respect, look elsewhere. update: 10/27/2025 Again in the midst of a dire situation our appointment was cancelled Thursday and moved to Monday and then this morning changed again to Wednesday this week. The explanation: We need an ultrasound, the staffer who was meant to meet with us cannot do an ultrasound. The staffer who they assigned last week from the facility that knows what staffers are capable of didn't figure out what procedures they could do until the day of the appointment. Just let that sink in and ask yourself, "Do you want these people organizing medical practices for you? Would you want a facility that can't organize staff performing medical procedures on someone you love? or yourself? Let me broaden this: Medical outcomes are judged by averages. I'm not saying Hoffman gets everything wrong, or constantly hurts people but I am saying on average you will have a higher chance of having something go wrong based on the demonstrable expertise and skillset of this facility. Sure go ahead and risk it. Play Russian roulette with your body, your baby, you life while the people in charge of providing you care will gladly go home at 5PM without a care toward you. If that seems off to you I recommend not seeking services at Hoffman & Associates.

Medical facilities play a crucial role in patient care, and by not answering phone in prompt and timely manner can delay a patient from receiving the care that is needed. On Monday April 14th, 2025 I called the office at 8am to set-up an urgent appointment. Per the automatic system the office was closed, but that the office was open. I called again at 8:05am, 8:10am, 8:15am, and 8:20am, to set-up the appointment. At 8:25am went onto the website to send an email to set-up the appointment. At 8:30am I called to set-up the urgent visit, and to my surprise was able to speak to someone. Tuesday April 15th, 2025 at 12:24pm I received a call from Hoffman and Associated to set-up the appoint. I advised the representative that the appointment has already been made but would like to file a complaint. I explained to representative that my complaint was due to the lack of promptness when answering phones. The representative transferred me over to the manager on duty. I informed the manager on duty that I called multiple times to set-up an urgent appointment but that I kept getting the automatic system stating that the office was closed, but that they opened at 8am. Per the manager they do not answer phones until 8:15am. I again explained that I even called after 8:15am, but was still receiving the voicemail stating that they were closed. I advised the manager that this is unacceptable for any medical facility to not answer phones in a prompt and timely manner as this can hinder care for patients for various reasons. The manager kept over talking me, and was not willing to listen. I advised her that I would be emailing the BBB, and that I would not be back as a patient.
