Been to this Quest 3 times as of today. I will tell you the following: 2/3 times you will have a great experience. Normally the staff is friendly and they provide quick service. I'm always in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also super important, I've never had bruises the day after!! Thank God! I was shocked today when I had a terrible experience because all the staff I've come across have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful! For some reason the nurse had it out for me today. She was rude and gave me attitude from the beginning. I thought that she didn't want to help/work because they close at 2pm and my appointment was for 1:20 but she kept seeing other patients. I have always emailed my lab form but she was not having. She kept telling me that the internet and emails were down and that if it didn't come in 15 mins before they closed, that she wouldnt help me. Around 1:45 I asked her, if she could check and she said that they still hadn't received anything. I asked if they had tried restarting, to which she replied "do you think this is a game" to which I replied "no, that's why I need to get my labs done". I came to find out after that they received my email less than 10 minutes after I sent it. She was literally lying to my face and gaslighting me. Then when another nurse helped me, she came in to the room and caused a scene while I'm getting my blood drawn. So unprofessional. I want to thank Mayselisse for taking the time to search for my email, and call me after I had left because the other nurse told me to leave. She was sweet and caring! My appointment was at 12:30 and they didn't take me in till 12:50, what is the point of making an appointment and arriving early if they're not going to hold up their end. There's a little screen that said they were attending 5 patients and 33 were waiting, but they have 7-8 bays so why not make it easier for everyone. The lady that attended me was so incredibly rude and gave me attitude with every answer. When it was time to leave she didn't even look up at me and was just texting on her phone. read more

Maria was very proficient and quickly drew my blood when most other places have to try multiple times. It was a great experience. I arrived at 9:45 and was able to get a 10:10 appointment. they called me in earlier than the appointment and were quick, efficient and friendly. read more

I came on Saturday ( early morning) without an appointment and my experience was extaordinary!! The emplyees were very nice and very professional, the wait time was excellent;I I was in and out in 15 minutes at most. I probably had 2 people in front of me. So I almost did not come to this location because of all the negative comments, but I gave it a try. I arrived around 7:20 AM, and by 8:05 AM, I was in my car heading back home. I even mentioned it to Yuraima (probably misspelled that) that I almost didn't come because of the bad reviews for walk-ins. She explained that when all appointments are booked they really can't attend anyone unless there is a no-show. Logical and reasonable. I'll will keep coming back. read more

Unfortunately, she couldn't understand my doctor's lab script, incompetent may be a great qualifying adjective for Mey plus she was more concerned in leaving ontime for her first break at 9:00am. BEWARE - unethical (perhaps illegal) billing practices. Quest Diagnostics is in network for my insurance plan. Over the past two years, every time I have labwork done, the bill comes back as being out of network and I am on the hook for the full amount. It took over a year, and an investigation from the department of insurance, to learn that Quest Diagnostics is billing my insurance company as if I drove to Kansas to have my labs done (so it is registering as out of network.) I live in Aurora, Colorado. My doctors are in the metro area. To protect my credit, I have been paying the bills and am out nearly $500. Last week, they sent one of these bills that I have already paid to collections. I can't get Quest Diagnostics to help. They just tell me to pay the bills and they refuse to answer me in writing so I have nothing other than credit card statements to prove my payments. I'm now to the point of filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General and urge others to do the same. I'm open to joining a class action, too. read more

Worse place I have ever been in my life. Room chairs are way to close. Room always full of people coming in and out. Having said that I had an appointment I am sure line everyone else is there abs yet I checked in and all the process as Walk In person by text. I was asked to be seated and I refused as it is my right to stand or seat. In a really bad matter and with totalitarianism said either you seat or go outside and we will not call you when your name is called inside or go get you. I have never felt so violated as a person but yet never in 48 years a health organization have treat me with such vulgarity. Walked in checked into the machine that scan your QR code or enter info manually. Than I look up and my name and appointment appears. Ok all is good. This time I did seat down as Chairs and room looks to have proper space between the rest of the people there. Than the clock started clicking, mind you all of this I did at 12:35 pm where my appointment was for 12:45 pm. Around 1:05 pm I notice People that go there after me they being called in and out, I turn around about 1:15 pm to the person next to me: Excise me what time is your appointment? She answered: 1:00 pm. Than she got called went in and out I am was still waiting and when I look up my name was GONE from the tv drop down list. Now 1:32 pm I started to get a bit anxious that the same thing was happening and they walk me in but yet no one inside had a clue of my appointment until I give the lady all my info and she look me up in the system and did my blood work. Owner there is something really wrong with your appointment system which we know there is no one behind that wall meaning inside that office in charge of it or responsible for it. Giving a one star to write this review, this place has low stars for the reason. they do what they want. They will take you as a walk in if they want and they turn people away as they feel. I guess depending how they feel about you. If you make an appointment don't even come a minute early because they won't see you till that time but if you are late, don't worry they will put you in front of the people who are on time. They did renovations on the location but no re-teaching to the staff of what is right and what is messed up costumer service.PLEASE don't bring your children here!! Horrible service had an appointment for 10:20 am after checking in through mahine and scanned license and insurance card i received an error message i had no appointment so I waited for someone to come to the door because there is no receptionist I told her the issue and she acted surprised. In the meantime another lady comes out and calls out my last name. I go with her, she puts me in room 3 and said I am going to lunch but someone will be out to help you. No one ever came until after lunch 11:15 pm then I explained to use a butterfly because my son has spider veins and I was totally ignored. He was poked twice and ahe had to use a butterfly. My son almost fainted. Another employee Domenican accent knew what she was doing and assisted the lady dealing with my son. This place gets the job done. However, it is quite a pain. It is always packed. It doesn't matter if you walk in or if you have an appointment. Expect to wait. Heck, expect lines to go out the door, especially on weekends. Expect for people to be fighting for the chairs. It's ridiculous. However, once it's actually your turn to get attended, it's smooth sailing from there. Oh, and they're in a decent-sized parking lot. Their website, too, is user friendly - thank goodness for that. This is a place that never stops. Go if needed, but my suggestion is to try to either go on a week day or to another Quest Diagnostics because seriously... I've had many issues lately with this Quest. Some are related to the policies in place and some are just the people. First of all if you have an appointment here do not come in any earlier than 10 minutes before because even if there isn't anyon, they still will make you wait. Second triple check your insurance information is everywhere because even if they have it in the system they will still bill your card automatically as if you had no insurance. Third always bring your referrals because they do not do faxed or digital referral. Some people that work here are nice others are heartless. This is what did it for me today. In front of me was a woman with an autistic child that was already stimming from missing breakfast she could not find an earlier appointment and they flat out refused to bend the rules to help her. I understand the rules are the rules but in a place where everything is electronic and it's already unpleasant to be there surely they can help out. read more

Unnecesary pain! The person drawing blood did not seem to be be a bit interested in causing me the least amount of pain possible and that is why it hurt so much. Not sure if she was experienced or not, but she appeared more concerned in getting done fast and moving on to the next person. She seemed to be involved in an argument with someone in her office concerning someone taking her customers. Pain, blood, bruised arm, and not a good experience. Avoid this location! If I could give a zero I would!!! The place is nice and clean even though it is small but the person who drew my daughter's blood was very unwelcoming. Aside from very lack of communication skills, she was also extremely rude and disrespectful. My daughter told me afterwards that during the process, that she did not feel safe and was actually scared. For a person who is in this type of field of work/job they should be welcoming and comforting. 0/10, would never come back again. I came to this place on Friday 7/16/21 to have a test l, when I got there I was told I needed a mask so I ask the receptionist at the front desk a young lady if she could could give me a mask, flat out she told me No, we don't give mask here. I asked her, this place don't have masks a medical place? she was nasty and said No, so I had to leave and came back on Monday. I'm here and I am inside the lab and this young guy comes in without a mask, I heard her telling him about the mask, he walks out came back in minutes and asked her if she can give him a mask. She gave him the mask without any hesitation. I walked to the front desk and I told her that I was there Friday and she told me that they don't have mask to give to Customers. She wasn't expecting me seen her giving him a mask, she played it saying we don't give out mask here very nasty in general. Thiis place with all the staff that works there are nasty don't have any respect for people and the lady that draw my blood left me black and blue. KEEP AWAY BAD customer service.
