I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to accommodate me. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently despite being busy. The staff was professional, courteous, and kept things moving smoothly, which seems to be a consistent theme you see in many of the reviews here. I especially want to give a shout-out to Heber. He was incredibly nice, efficient, and made the blood draw quick and painless -- honestly one of the easiest lab experiences I've had. He explained everything clearly, was calm and friendly, and you can tell he knows exactly what he's doing. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. They constantly overbook, causing patients, many of them quote ill, into long waits past their appointment times. This has not happened once, but many times. It's a pattern of born of greed resulting in a complete lack of respect for the people forced to submit to this laboratory company for medical testing. Most recently, I made a 9:30 appointment for a blood draw. I arrived at 9:10 and walking into an overflowing waiting room. I was the first patient listed for the 9:30 block time. At 9:30 there were still 14 patients ahead of me. From experience I know that is at least a 1 hour wait. I had to walk out, untested, because I had other appointments scheduled based upon the 9:30 appointment time. This shows a complete lack of respect for my time and for me as a person. In short, Quest sucks!

The staff member I encountered was rude, and overall professionalism was lacking--employees were not in proper attire and were wrapped in blankets, which did not leave a good impression. The facility also did not feel clean or well-maintained, which is concerning for a medical setting. Unlike Quest Diagnostics, which typically has a clear system showing who is being served and expected wait times, this location has no organization or communication--it felt very outdated. What makes it even worse. The mean lady at the front desk is the only person working at this location. So she draws her blood super rough and again totally unfriendly.

I was told at signin that I have 4 tests paid for but the fifth is extra. I showed them the pamphlet stating the five tests were included and was told that was an old pamphlet from several years ago and the costs have increased. I asked if the priority code on the pamphlet was correct in the system and they said to call Customer Service to verify. Customer Service (CS) verified that the code included all five tests and CS talked to the on-site Medical Receptionist to verify. The technicians were leaving for lunch. Come back after lunch. After lunch when I returned, they could not get "the system" to accept the fifth test because I had left the facility. They are trying to get IT to rectify and I am to return on another day to try again. I cannot get the bone scan until the test request is in the system. Maybe tomorrow ..... I will update......

I needed a Rapid Test asap. I was greeted by a Fast Labs Tech. She was short, chubby, and brunette. didn't see a visible name tag. I paid for an antigen and blood type test. As we are speaking, i'm being processed at the same time. First was the Antigen. Next was the blood type test. This woman pricked me in the middle of the conversation with her about the blood-test procedure. Mind you, my blood was leaking everywhere, and the cart , in the midst of her saying " She likes to see grown men cry ". Weird. She's wasn't prepared obviously as my blood is spilling all over the medical cart. She proceeds to wipe my blood up with paper towels , as i'm chastising her about her unprofessionalism over what just happened. And the incompetence of her poor job handling my open cut.
