From the sweet lady at the front desk (Kristina) who made registration quick & easy, to thoughtful Nurse Rommel, who gifted us with a small teddy bear as a brave patient prize, to kind & gentle Dr. Bechtel, we were seen by quality practitioners who gave prompt attention, treating our situation with professionalism & empathy. Being an over-protective parent, we felt it better to be safe than sorry and came here after our toddler got too curious for her own good. The clinic is open 24/7, so we were thankful to arrive after 10pm with little wait. Dr. Bechtel was not dismissive about the situation but offered light humor, comfort, and reassurance. They kept our kiddo in observation with us just long enough to make sure she was okay and marked our visit as "urgent care" (versus an "emergency") to ease the financial burden. Don't want to repeat the situation any time soon, but this will be our absolute go-to if a medical emergency arises again. Highly recommend this place and appreciate the staff who took care of us that night.

I felt comfortable and at ease right away due to the amazing bedside manners. I want to thank Dr. Lorentz, JJ my RN, and paramedic Will for wonderful care. Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.
