If you don't make an appointment, expect to wait, sometimes 2 hours or more, since you don't have an appointment 4. Don't expect to be seen sooner if you have a medical issue. Everyone is there because of a medical issue. 5. Be kind to the people there. They are working hard to help you. We saw two ladies when we visited 3 times this morning (the orders didn't come in). I didn't catch the first lady's name, but the second one was Rayne. They were both amazing! They both treated my daughter with the utmost respect and kindness. I will definitely go back, but next time I'll remember to make an appointment.

It is all sign-in at a kiosk, which is okay, but I walked to change from appt to walk in. I waited about an hour, which I did expect some wait time. They were already an hour behind. There were supposed to be 5 technicians, but only 2 were working - I guess the other 3 called in sick. I am glad I am not paying for this service; my employer is. I will suggest they change servcies.

I took my 2 year old to do a blood draw. After a whole 1+ hours of struggle, they drew half of what's required of the sample and told us to go the Texas Childrens. Don't let a child suffer if you don't have the skills/equipment! 1. Check in - all automated, there's no information about anything, how long the wait will be, any direction from the kiosk. I only learned after a kind gentlemen told me that we can check the queue on the TV in the waiting room; 2. Charge the maximum upfront - my insurance covers lab 100%, the technician draw up a bill $36+ and told me that this is the maximum they'd charge, they won't draw unless I pay, and that they won't do a bill to be mailed, and it's my responsibility to talk with my insurance - there's no customer service attitude at all; I don't think any other industry allows them to charge the maximum and for customer to argue to insurance to get refund; 3. Poor skill - the technician draw one of the two required tubes and there's no more blood coming, she repeatedly said my daughter is dehydrated, don't put blame on the patient when you don't have the skill to draw blood fully, my daughter was poked on both arms and she maneuvered the needle so harshly I can't stand to look. Just upfront refuse to take the order if you don't have the skill, you are just making a two year old suffer by going through a whole exercise and then discard the 1 tube that you already drew!

Where do I begin, this was the worse experience ever. From something that should have been a simple…read morestitch removal turned into a nightmare.. totally can't believe they have a Texas license to practice. Basically I came in for a simple stitch removal by my ear. The lady cut the stitch in the center, leaving a piece of stitching inside causing a bad infection that lead me to the emergency room. She had one job to cut the stitch from one end and pull gently to remove the whole stitch out. Well this untrained person, left a piece inside unbeknownst to me. When the area would not heal and I felt pulsing and it turned red I had to go to the emergency room to have the small stitch piece removed by a professional. I also noticed that the medical instruments were not in a bag or in a sterile environment, so this also could have contributed to my infection because they were in open air exposed to everything. Then to top it off my emergency bill was almost $900 dollars, I have reached out to the Clinic to get reimbursement for there incompetency and at least an apology, and I have been ignored. I was not going to write a review because I understand people make mistakes, however to make a mistake and also not pay for it is beyond me.. I will have to report them to the TX Medical Board and seek justice through legal means. Please save yourself the grief of what I went through and go elsewhere!

Walk in and check in and the lady behind the desk looks at my paperwork for labs and says oh we can't do this, you have to come early because FedEx picks up the labs and we don't keep it here. When my doctor who ordered the labs specifically stated I could walk in anytime. I told the girl how I drove all the way from Pearland,TX to Katy,TX to get this lab work done and that's an 1:45min drive at best. She said oh well you have to come early as there is nothing I can do cause FedEx picks up the lab work. I mean seriously how rude. It's already hard enough going to a place knowing that your getting blood drawn but to have the person be completely rude and not sympathize with you. Maria the medical assistant deserves her own spin-off. Quick, friendly, and somehow managed to take vitals without making me feel like I was on trial. NP Sultana? Absolute star of the episode. Listened, explained, and actually cared--without the "Dr. Google" attitude. They tag-teamed like the Avengers of urgent care, and honestly, I left feeling healthier and entertained. They are very patient, kind, and are well knowledgeable of the tests and services they provide. They are always very friendly and and are willing to answer any questions and/or provide handouts in advance of their tests and service. The front staff is amazing! Iliana was most helpful when I first called in to inquire about an available test. Pricilla was very patient when I requested a handout on a particular vitamin test that the offered. And, Yelena is always so pleasant and easy going (and she has a sense of humor too. :) If you're looking for a great lab that's quick and convientient, look no further. These ladies will take really good care of you! And, their boss is pretty awesome as well.
