Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

I checked in as a walk in and then the employee tells me I can't be seen today because they're, "fully booked." I responded with "there's no one else in here. All I need to do is pee in a cup." To which she says "there's more to it than that." I have done drug screens probably 6 times a year for work, there is truly nothing more to it. They should not have the option for walk ins if they don't actually accept walk ins. I ended up having a brain tumor (so thankful for tufts for diagnosing me months later when I brought my images from rayus in- I spent every day calling around hospitals and doctors trying to figure out what was wrong with me) the tumor was right there in plain sight on my MRI from rayus- but they did not mention it on the rayus report anywhere so I spent months with a misdiagnoses with scary symptoms that turned my life upside down. Never never go here! Go to a hospital where the machines and radiologists will never let this happen- especially when it comes to a brain MRI.

Both were super welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. Daniel really took the time to walk me through the different packages and choose an option that made our experience 10 times better than we anticipated. She even up sold me, which I don't mind when I feel like it's worth it. During our session, Shelby was so nice, walking us through the process, talking to the baby and really made us feel special, and that's important knowing she does this everyday. She was also very informative of the additional perks that we could participate in as part of our visit, and made sure to share brochures and detailed information. We had some trouble getting the baby to stay in a position to get the best image so unfortunately/ fortunately we have to do a follow up session, but we are looking forward to it.

I had an appointment at Quest and presented a physician's lab order that included "Hepatitis B…read morepanel" along with QuantiFERON TB, Hep C, HIV, CBC, and CMP testing. I explained to staff that the labs were for biologic/immunosuppressive treatment clearance. Staff repeatedly told me there were "so many" Hepatitis B tests and that the order was not specific enough, but they did not make a meaningful effort to identify the appropriate Quest panel, offer options, or contact the ordering provider for clarification. I left without service and went to a nearby Labcorp, where the employee took about ten minutes, reviewed the order/context, and was able to identify and process the appropriate testing. My complaint is not that the order required no clarification; it is that Quest staff were rude, late (I was waiting on my scheduled appointment made the day before for 30 minutes), dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve a common lab-order ambiguity. This caused unnecessary delay and forced me to seek service elsewhere, and the contrast in service was stark. Go Labcorp.
