I had an appointment at 11:10am. I waited in the hallway to be called and I was told that they are closing for lunch. THIS IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR and A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Whoever hired these RUDE EMPLOYEES needs to be FIRED. The workers needs to be more careful and efficient when dealing with patients that has wasted time making an appointment and arriving at the office for their test just to be told you will have to come back later. read more

I was here at 7:30 with my 17 year old. The wait was approximately 45 minutes to an hour like the website said. There was there was a Spanish-speaking person trying to check in on an English screen finally someone stepped in to help that took 20 minutes out of that added 20 minutes to my wait time the phlebotomist was great she talked her way through my panic 17 year old. read more

The worst experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. There were only 2 staff members there and they were doing both the front desk work and the blood work. I got here at around 1pm as a walk in and I waited over 3 hours to get my blood done. The lobby was overflowing with people screaming and swearing and the staff trying to calm them down. Literally waited 3 hours in this mess and I am never going to this location again. The staff were nice but clearly overwhelmed with the types of patients and the amount of patients. If you must go to this location I would make an appointment but honestly I would just avoid it all together. Also I would like to add (not sure if it was quest altogether or this location) but it took over 2 weeks for the blood work to be faxed to my doctor. I was told it would take 3-5 days. read more

I brought my client in to have lab work done. We waited over 2 hours just to have his blood drawn. I don't know if they need to increase their staff, but it was ridiculous. I will definitely take him to another location next time. read more

THE STAFF IS GREAT. The appearance of the office has changed. It's quite dingy and unappealing, dirty walls, drab, crowded seating, very low budget appearance to say the least. For that reason I will try another location even though the Inglewood location is quite convenient. :( read more

I was at the location today 5/18/15 I checked it at 9:50 my appointment was 10:15 am she passed me and long time I asked her why she was rude with an angry face few minutes later she called me and said we passed your name no apologies I noticed she used an open needle set on the tray for me it was not opened in my presence so guys watch out for this location they seem rude and careless I hope it was not a used needle I will do a blood test in few months to check me out read more

The reviews on here are more than likely from people who do the whole " Walk in" thing. If you do that, you are more than likely going to wait a while. Granted, depending on how many people are in there, it will take a few minutes for you to be seen even if you have an appointment. I suggest making an APPOINTMENT for the early morning. Where do I begin... let's start with the front desk employee who is rude and incompetent. I say "is" because I have been here 90 minutes waiting for blood work. Had I not fasted I would just try again another day... but hey I'm in deep... no? I refused to believe the single stars of previous reviews. How bad could it be? Maybe it was an "off" day, right? I'm afraid folks it is THAT bad. I didn't have an appointment. So I expected to wait. BUT, what I didn't expect was the hassle just to use the restroom. You see, like many medical offices there is the waiting room and then a locked door where the medical staff works. The bathroom is on the other side of the locked door. When I asked about using the restroom she said of course. So I then naturally asked if she could unlock the door. She literally told me that I had to wait until someone walked out. I thought to myself... self... maybe someone is about to come out. SO I asked is someone on the way out, how long will that take. "You have to wait for someone to come out," she said. Fast forward 30 years into the future with a weaker bladder... I might have gone right there. I ended up taking an elevator to another floor and finding someone kind enough to let me use their "key." Upon my return I learned that another woman ahead of me had been waiting over 2 hours. Well... that is when I decided to cash in my chips, cut my losses... go to the nearest FatBurger (by this time I had been fasting for more than 16 hours) and decide to try this another day at another facility. The 2-hour lady told me that they were short staffed. She said they only had two people working because the rest called in sick. How difficult would it have been to simply say, "Excuse me everyone... today we are very under staffed. If you have an appointment you obviously will get priority and you may even experience a bit of a delay. But for those without an appointment you may end up waiting 2 hours or more. You are welcome to stay and wait but we wanted you to know." Apparently... it is very difficult. I didn't even get to the incompetent part. That would take too much of my time. horrible. the first time i went here i was given some specimen bottles i had to take home and bring back. i was supposed to get my blood drawn the first time i went but the lady said she had to send everything out at the same time and i also had eaten that day and she told me i was supposed to have fasted, so i wasted an hour of my day going to that appointment only to pick up specimen bottles. the next time i went to drop off the specimen bottles and get my blood taken a different lady saw me. she took 20 minutes on the computer trying to figure everything out and asking a bunch of questions to her coworker which made me not trust her at all, it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. she also told me completely different things than the last lady told me, like that i actually DIDNT have to fast. she also told me they didnt give me all the containers last time so i had to go home and do ANOTHER specimen collection. i ended up having an anxiety attack because i felt completely unsafe with the nurse, and i was extremely uncomfortable with giving 10 vials of my blood not having eaten anything that day after being told that i was supposed to fast. this place sucks dont come here. read more

My mother who is 80 yrs old was there a couple of weeks ago. She arrived there at 7:30 am. She did not have a appointment, and it wasn't crowded, however a very rude Latina about in her 50s, black hair, and little overweight would skip the African American people, and pick out Latino people to come in. She would speak in Spanish telling them to come in although they DID NOT have appointments either. One Latino man told her off about it because she tried to call him ahead of others who were patiently waiting their turn. He told her in English that it wasn't his turn, and he would rather wait for his turn. HE HAD A MANNERS AND CONSIDERATION For others. He is unlike this horribly rude ill mannered employee that you have working there. Not to mention she rolled her eyes at this man for outing her. This sounds like it's been going on for years! I'm reading the reviews from a few years ago, and people are complaining of a rude woman who is unprofessional, speaks is Spanish in front of others who are non Spanish speaking, and Rolls her eyes at people. Why is this allowed? Is this your family member or something? She mistreats people for no good reason except that she's an ignorant person who feels entitled. People are there with health issues! And probably not feeling well to come there to picked over, and abused by this idiot that this company hired who has a rotten stinking attitude and clearly has issues. This should not be allowed!!! And it sucks that it's still happening during COVID19 times. This woman SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. She is tacky, and makes the company look bad. Wow. If you can go anywhere else, you should. This place is awful. I tried calling several times as I had questions and no one answered the phone. Then when I arrived I signed in on a screen. No one was at the front desk. I sat down and the woman who was called next was told she should have been fasting so her hour and a half wait was for nothing. I went to the desk to ask the nurse if she could check whether or not I needed to be fasting and she answered "I'm busy". Cool. She disappeared and after waiting for over an hour with no human contact I left. Terrible. read more

This place moved from the third floor to the first floor - suite 117 - 5 years ago! There is no signage at all. Thank goodness for the nice security guard for the building on the third floors home told us all above... and - they are only open until 4pm - NOT 4:30 as advertised. I've been to this location several times to take a relative for routine testing. It is by far the most understaffed location I've been to - Quest should be ashamed of themselves for underserving this community. I can say this because I've used Quest in my neck of the woods and the level of service received is MUCH better. If I didn't know better, I'd think that demographics play a big part in the level of service this location provides. It is not the fault of the employees - they are simply understaffed and the office doesn't have a dedicated person to process at the front desk, so the same person taking your lab samples is also processing your paperwork. read more
