Today I had a sore throat and tried to come as a walkin and the lady not only turned me away, but loudly announced my health care plan and said "unfortunately you can't come here." I told her I came last week and she said oh but you can't come for walk in with symptoms just for nurse care. My issue was the lack of concern and privacy. Please do better when people come vulnerable and seeking help. By the way, the nurse last week walked me in, showed me the test for Covid and said now we have patients do it their selves. Leave the door open when you leave and then I will know you are done. So impersonal! That would have been ok possibly but I sent my 21 year old the same day after me and she said they took her vitals spoke with her and did the test for her. Her results came same day, mine came in a week! Same insurance plans, doctors, and everything.

Friendly staff and excellent patient care…read more As a stroke survivor with multiple ongoing health issues, you could say I'm a "frequent flyer" or even a "premiere member"lol. Unfortunately, I've had to visit this ER more times than I'd like, but I've consistently been treated with dignity, compassion, and the level of care my situation requires. At the time of this review, there is ongoing construction, but if you're coming to the ER, that's probably going to be the least of your concerns. The staff has always made a difficult experience a little easier, and I'm grateful for the care I've received. 4/5 stars.

I arrived at the hospital suffering from severe pain, serious vein complications, and ongoing issues related to thrombosis. From the moment I entered the Emergency Department, I was treated with professionalism, compassion, respect, and genuine concern for my well-being. I would especially like to recognize Mike from the MRI department. Despite what was clearly a very busy shift, Mike demonstrated extraordinary patience, kindness, and professionalism. He carefully explained every step of the process, helped reduce my anxiety, and treated me with dignity and respect throughout my visit. His calm and caring attitude made a tremendous difference during a very difficult time. I would also like to sincerely thank Rachael Anita Utech, PA-C, for her outstanding medical care. Her professionalism, attention to detail, medical knowledge, and compassionate approach were truly remarkable. It was immediately clear that she genuinely cared about her patients and was fully committed to providing the highest level of care. The nurses and the entire medical staff deserve special recognition as well. Due to my vein condition and thrombosis-related complications, obtaining IV access was particularly challenging. Nevertheless, the staff handled everything with exceptional skill, patience, confidence, and professionalism. Every member of the team worked together seamlessly and made me feel safe and cared for. Over the years, I have visited many medical facilities, but this experience was different. I did not feel like I was simply a patient in a hospital. I felt as though I was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about me as a person. The atmosphere was so warm and supportive that it felt more like being welcomed by family than being treated in an emergency room. The staff member handling my appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. I had already provided a urine sample, but because it wasn't acceptable, I was told I needed to provide another one. What made me even more uncomfortable was being told that this time he would have to observe me while I did it. Throughout the appointment, the employee was wearing earphones and listening to music while speaking to me, which came across as very disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of treating me with respect, he gave me an ultimatum: either stay in the office until I could provide another urine sample or be disqualified from my job opportunity. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and was told that if I left before providing another sample, I would lose the position, and that I could stay there until they closed at 6:00 p.m. Expecting someone to remain at a clinic for over six hours waiting to urinate is unreasonable, especially when they have other responsibilities. I had another job I needed to get to and simply could not stay all day. Rather than trying to work with me or explain my options professionally, I felt pressured, intimidated, and treated without any compassion or respect. I hope management addresses the behavior of this employee and improves the professionalism and respect shown to future patients. No one should leave a medical office feeling as uncomfortable and disrespected as I did.
