staff has no sense of urgency and does not know how to work with walk ins. you will wait 2 hours in the morning for walk ins while someone with a 8:30 appointment will get called back at 8:00. I understand the appointments but when your mornings are booked out 5 weeks in advance by the same 3 people, this system does not work. read more

Rude, bureaucratic, unhelpful. A lab order was delayed by my provider because of staff being out, and despite this being out of my control, we were treated as if we had screwed up. I will not be using this lab again. read more

I am going to hopefully redeem this place a little bit based off of my experience this morning. I showed up right on time, checked in on their easy to use kiosk, follow the instructions and have a seat. The only part of the experience that was not positive Was that although my appointment was at 8:10 AM I was not taken back till 8:30 AM. Outside of that inside the waiting area is super clean, practicing social distancing, and has TV to watch and see where your placement is in line. Some people might not like that there is no receptionist and a locked door, but I looked at it from a safety aspects and I was totally fine. BTW all Quest centers I have been to are like this. Once in the back my service was 5 star all the way! The most friendliest person and put my mind at ease about drawing blood. Her patient care and bedside manner where so fantastic. Not sure some of the negative reviews but wasn't my experience at all. Also some of the negative reviews don't leave a lot of reviews so I would take that with a grain of salt. read more

My husband & I checked in on time. I got skipped twice, didn't mind, it happens. Husband Skipped by 5-6 people that checked in after him ,1.5 hour wait. No explanations. Had to catch the staff calling the next person in. They noticed, but they didn't care. I asked "is there a legitimate reason why my husband is being skipped over" Response of "He Wasn't skipped, &we told you there were computer issues" as they were servicing others in and out. Not an apology, I called corporate. Complaint will be directed to supervisor, but what good will that do if it stays internal. Horrible customer service & work flow. read more

I'm a very heathy 62 year old, but even with that you have to get blood work done yearly. I get my hormone panel done every year at Quest and Everett has been my phlebotomist- He is exceptional and radiates warm, caring vibes! Making an appointment makes it much easier and seeing him call me in always makes this process much more relaxing. I mean who really likes getting poked by a needle?! read more

They have no one at the front desk, actually their is no front desk it's just a tablet. Checked in and waited an hour to be told that the I was late to an appointment I waited an hour for and to reschedule. The appointment was at 10:50 I showed up at 10:40 and was told to reschedule at 11:40. No help no assistance. This place is horrible the staff were no help just kinda on your own. Just tried a 2nd time to get a drug test, showed up 20 mins early and waited an hour to get told that I have to go some where else. Even with my appointment 2 times and no one would have let me know. I had to ask a dr while they were letting every one know the internet went down. read more

Worst experience ever, rude staff, long wait...they have a locked door, and no service window so you can't speak with the staff except for when the let the previous pt out. Will never return, sad as company as the one in California was a completely different experience, so I know it's not all quests. read more

90 minutes to give blood and they took over 20 vials They had no clue what they were doing and were googling the codes They blamed my doctor, but I can read the labwork just fine. My doctor says the 20 + vials is "beyond crazy" Im pretty angry about this as I have no idea if what they tested for is correct and (shocker) their phone number does not connect to a person read more

The lab staff is great, but that is where it ends. COVID sample taken 14 days ago!!!! No results yet. Here is some irony...this is what it states on the MyQuest homepage: Get your test results, faster View easy-to-understand test results as soon as they are available - because when it comes to your health, knowing sooner is always better. All these places are so quick to take your money - 129.00 and yet none of them deliver on turnaround times. When time is of the essence, that take your money and if you are lucky get results 2-3 weeks later, when the results are essentially meaningless! No wonder COVID keeps spreading! If you can't turn samples around in 48-72 hours, you have no business in the lab area, much less taking people's money under false pretenses. read more

I got to the lab right when it opened at 7:30. I fully understood that I would have to wait on the standby list because I didn't have an appointment. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for the first 2 standby patients to get in. I was next in line, and I waited a full 2 hours, only to find out that my name was deleted from the standby system because it timed out after 90 minutes. When I asked the tech about it, she was rude and dismissive, and told me that if i wanted to, I could check in again and start the process all over again. No thank you! read more

No results from my lab test taken almost 2 weeks ago! Had to go to the doctor without the lab work, not good. So disappointed with quest diagnostics I'm going to look into another lab to do my blood work. read more

Every single bill we've gotten from them we have to call because they messed up. They do not seem to be able to bill a primary and a supplemental insurance company. For 4 months I have been unable to get a bill straightened out from work done 6 months before. I feel like they are either waiting for me to get tired of fighting with them and pay it out of pocket or for it to go to collections so a collection company is bothering me. read more
