I had a great experience here. I really appreciated being able to schedule online, they had lots of times available. It was easy to create my online account to manage the appointment and the texted timely information. I appreciated the ability to check in via the link texted to me upon my appointment time. I waited for about 1 minute in the lobby before being called back. The individual that took my blood was friendly, very organized and very efficient. Scheduled my appointment online. I was sent a text message to check in once I arrived, which I did so from parking lot. When I went inside there wasn't many people there at all. If there were the waiting space would have been quite uncomfortable. I waited for about 2-5 minutes before I was called back. The blood draw was quick. Staff were pleasant. The blood draw itself was as routine and easy as normal. I was out of the office within 15 minutes of arriving. Was told results would be available within a few days. read more

Had to come here two days in a row, which was not their fault. But both days I had an appointment scheduled in the morning. The first day I waited for at least 25 minutes past my appointment time, from the time that I checked in. The second day that I came, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I don't really understand how this happens. I don't want to put the blame on the phlebotomists here but the truth is this place is just poorly run. They also didn't let anyone waiting know that they running over an hour behind schedule. I had another appointment scheduled that I had to cancel because what should have been a 15 minute blood draw turned into a hour and a half ordeal. If you can avoid coming here do, it's just not worth it. There is absolutely no convenience associated with this place. If you can get your labs drawn or drug test done literally anywhere else, do so. Especially unfortunate because this is the only location in Omaha, so anyone using Quest is coming here, therefore super busy and they can't keep up. My phlebotomist however was good, I had several vials drawn and she did a good job switching each one out. This is the silver lining- at the very least the blood draw itself was not painful. Blood draw 09/24/2024 with Charlesie. Very professional, polite personality. Took her time and asked the right questions(had fitness test). Not joking when I say did not feel the needle entering my vein. Took 4 vials and she made sure I verified my name was on each vial. This lady knows her job well. Not sure if one can request a certain phlebotomist, but if so, will request her in the future. read more

YIKES! Met one of the unpleasant "doctors" ever today that I literally walked out of my appointment. Do not go to this lab. First off, my appointment was at 3:30 and I still had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. As soon as I walked in, she blamed ME for scheduling the appointment too late in the day? As if I have any control over the company's times? Started complaining about her job and can't believe that she has to do my appointment and now has to be here until 4 oclock. It's almost like she expected an apology from me for showing up at my appointment time. asked if she could bill my insurance since I'm as of yesterday in between insurances and she demanded that I pay up 300 dollars before she even started the appointment. I went to call my insurance and she literally said "can you do that in the waiting room? I have other patients" and that's when I said you know what good riddance! I'm just gonna leave! Efficient. Fast. Pleasant, on both occasions. Would recommend. Nobody likes a blood draw, but they made it easy and painless.

first off I scheduled an appointment on the automat call system for 330. when I arrived at 330 I was made to wait until after 4 . then I was rudely told to leave and come back another day because they said they didn't do screening after 3. yet the call system scheduled me for an appointment. if I didn't have to use this place I never would again read more

It says on their website that an appointment is not required, but it's best that you make one. And even if you do, you still might have to wait for a while. When a patient/customer who seemed like he was in a hurry, politely asked one of the staff members how much longer the wait would be. They were quite short with him. Not sure if I just happened to catch them on an off-day, or if this is what it's like every day. On the positive side, I got my lab results back the next day, so the turnaround time is fast. read more

The receptionist is the worst I've ever experienced at any health care facility. Her greeting: (rudely) "Whaddaya want?" Me: I have an appointment for a biometric screening. Receptionist: (presumptuously rude) Well ... have you signed in? Me: "I don't know your process. I've never been here before. But we are starting off on the wrong foot. Your attitude and tone are unacceptable." With that the receptionist left and within a minute or two a much friendlier and professional lady came out and graciously helped me sign in on their tablet computer. The lady that took my blood pressure and blood for the lab was also professional and kind. The last two women are the reason that Quest Diagnostics gets two stars and not one. The face of your company is the receptionist. Hire better Quest Diagnostics. read more

Check-in is self-service. The negative of this is that I was not informed they were running behind schedule. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time but waited 45 minutes to get called back for the blood draw. I had blood drawn at a hospital a few weeks ago and it was far more efficient than at Quest. read more

Can't call no one will answer and no voice mail. You can go online but only gets you appointment number not a time. Really they only do walk in. When you arrive you have to check in your self. Average time is 10-15mins after you check in. 4-5 ladies really nice and professional. Really quick in and out!! read more

If I could rate this clinic zero stars I would. Their staff have the absolute worst attitudes and customer service I have ever experienced in my life, coming from a healthcare worker who also works in a lab setting. Patients are not their first priority and their main concerns are clocking out at the end of their shift right at closing time. They refuse patients service, and they're annoyed at the fact you walk in 20 minutes to closing time refusing to understand you made a commute from another city to come take this test. You ask for their supervisors name and number because you want to report their disgusting behavior towards you, instead they call and tell their supervisor that you're screaming at them and won't leave and they're going to call the police to escort you out. I took off an afternoon of work to complete pre-employment responsibilities to get denied when it's THEIR job to take patients until close and they refused service 20 minutes before close. Not to mention they asked who I am getting a job through (I tell them, thinking they're actually going to help me at this point) then they're threatening to call my employer and tarnish and jeopardize my career when I haven't even started there yet. Norma and Vicki need a different profession, healthcare is not their calling. Their behavior was beyond petty and the most childish and negative experience I've ever been through. If I could give zero stars I would. They are so rude and unfriendly. I understand that it was the day before thanksgiving but honestly I kept being friendly and nice and still got short responses, a long pause after I said "oh I need the dr. orders back actually." and then she slowly bent down, pulled it out of the trash and handed it to me. That was just one example of how rude and unfriendly she was. When walking out I said "Happy Thanksgiving." Not one word back. After leaving I almost wanted to cry. read more

I went there for a drug test for a job. Got there and there was a computer in front of the window giving you choices. I did not an option for walk in so I rung the bell. A gal opened the door and I told her that I was a walk in. She told me to put my name in the computer and then I told her that the computer said if you had an appt. to enter your name. She told me what did I just tell you, put your name in the computer and shut the door. Another person walked in put his name in the computer and went to the other side of the room. He then stated I think we are interrupting their conversation. I said they have been talking since I got there and knew I was sitting out in the lobby. Then the gal came to the door and let us in and told me to go to the 1st rm on my right. She came in after, told me to put my coat on the door and my purse down. She proceeded to do some work on the computer and I asked her if it was going to be a blood sample or a urine sample. She completely ignored me. I asked again and once again she completely ignored me. No explanation or anything. Then she pulled open a drawer full of specimen cups and told me to take one out of the drawer and follow her in a manner I have never been talked to before. Needless to say the whole experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will be telling my employer about it and maybe they may find a different place to go.
