I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. I told the girl, who took me to the exam room, that I thought I had an ear infection. Furthermore, I could barely swallow because of the pain. Good thing I knew what was wrong because after waiting 25 minutes for the "practitioner" to come in, he looked in one ear and said he would send an RX in. NO EXAM at all. I thought maybe he would look in both ears, my throat, take my blood pressure and temperature. NOPE ! Be ready with your own diagnosis when you go. There is one NP on staff. She was responsible for operating the entire facility, this doesn't not seem like a safe way to run an urgent care. The NP also had to take my son's x-ray. I am not sure how an urgent care could be run safely this way.
