I have been coming to this location for routine lab work for years. I am unsure what they have…read moredone, but my last two visits have made me realize why they always have openings. They newly require Masks (never had to use this prior to my last two visits). Not a big deal, but they never have any available, so if you forget it, you have to go back out and find one before they will even check you in. I completed the appointment sign up (they do walk ins) online as well as checked in, and they still asked me to do the process when I arrived the last two times. The young girl at the counter is short with clients, and it seems like she wants to do the least amount of work to help you. The saving grace of this place is that it's a convenient location right off of the Roosevelt Blvd, and the phlebotomist who takes the blood is at least very polite and efficient. Love the convenience, but check-in has now become not worth going to this location.

It was a Friday and getting to CHOP didn't feel like a necessity, so I took him to Everest because it was close to home. The staff were kinda. They immediately asked for proof of insurance to make sure they could help. My insurance was suitable (Aetna is my provider. They do not take UHC.) so they saw my son. The doctor was a woman who gave 2 options- go pick up a script and use it for a few days, then come back for a flush; or try a flush today. We opted to get his ears flushed. The doctor and assistant were careful and made sure to thoroughly clean his ear canal. They sent a script to a nearby pharmacy and I had no issues picking it up. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

I was promptly taken for my 7:30 am appointment and 15 minutes later, I was all set to go. The woman who took my blood (Sherita, forgive my spelling) was the one who drew my blood and she was very professional and VERY efficient. I only wish this location was open on Saturdays because this would be my new preferred Labcorp location moving forward. I've been to locations in Bustleton, Norristown, etc. etc. because of my condition and this by far was the best experience.
