We never received a bill for an urgent care visit, but weeks later we received a voicemail saying the bill (that we never received) was being sent to collections if we didn't pay the bill by a certain date. We called right away, and the person who answered had already sent it to collections. He indicated there was nothing we could do. We had to work with the US customer service to do multiple workarounds to escalate attention to our situation. Absolutely unacceptable by WellNow.
