They have no availability for appointments EVER and they constantly cancel your scheduled appointments which you can't do anything about. Additionally, the clinic is so patient-centric. You can easily make and change appts online via their portal, see test results, view notes from your appointments, and the wait time thus far has never been ridiculous (sometimes having your blood drawn or an ultrasound can take awhile, but it is a busy practice). If I wanted X-ray I would have to go somewhere else The next day I was in pain and I wnet back to Rancho. No X-ray machine. I then went to the San clemente providence urgent care. The NP removed two things from my foot and said she thought she got it all but I can get an X-ray if I want. Thank goodness i got the x ray. There was an object in my foot. I made an appointment for a procedure with a pediatric group. I called San Clemente and asked for my X-ray. i was told I could pick it up anytime before 7;30. I got there at 4:00 and was told the X-ray technician was not there and togo TO RMV to get the x ray which made no sense. I went to RMV urgent care and was told i could only get it from the San Clemente urgent care.i called l in the morning and ask them to email. I called at 8:00 and was told they don't email. I had to pick it up. I had a 9:00 procedure so That was not going to work. I asked to speak to manager or x ray tech and was told no they will tell you the same. I said I still wanted to speak to a manager or X-ray tech and was told he didn't like my tone of voice and that I could not talk to anyone because no one was available. At this appointment, he asked me if I had any issues and I said that I thought I had a wart on my foot. He looked at it and declared that it was a Corn and asked me if I would like some of the callous around it cut down to relieve some pressure. Without even thinking about it, I said sure and it took him 30 seconds to shave a little callus on my heel. I was extremely surprised when I received a bill from Providence and saw that they were charging $256 for cutting of the skin and $487 for surgery. To add insult to injury, I had been to the dermatologist in the meantime, and I found out that it was indeed a wart on my foot and not a corn. I appealed to Providence only to have them deny my claim. I am now appealing with my insurance company, but wanted to post this as a warning to other potential clients that this practice and this doctor in my opinion are scamming patients and insurance companies for procedures not performed.

Washing the area is 'very important' each time the bandage is changed. Google that to confirm. NO WASHING, The last time a lady Doctor Lee tended to me. Same ritual: take off old bandage, pat away old ointment, apply new and re-bandage. This time she used a compression wrap. In the middle of the night my ankle was sore and my foot cold. Too much compression. So I cut away the wrapping. You never use a compression wrap on a burn. Google that, too. I finally got the nerve up to call my /ex/, a RN of 30+ years who told me the correct medical procedure, as mentioned above. So $40+ later from Amazon I am doing it myself. YEA! The one star is for the front desk - very nice people. I guess I could add 'Physicians heal thy selves', but maybe 'Go back to medical school' would be more apt.
