Had to get some lab work today, I walked in with out an appointment. The first thing I noticed was how nice and clean everything was and everything was in its place. Honestly I thought the place would be slammed with appointments but alas I guess all the zombies took care of everybody else, as I was the only one in the waiting area. I walked up and was immediately greeted by one of the 2 employees. She asked if I've been in before? I said no, no problem just fill out your name address and phone number and let me have your insurance card. As I was filling out the paperwork, we engaged in Smalltalk. We actually had a great conversations. after I was done with the paperwork she took me to the back room I drew my blood. My overall experience was fantastic and would highly recommend this location to all.

First time experiencing pain throughout when getting blood drawn. Bruised immediately.

The girl at the front today was calm, helpful and tried her best dealing with incompetent people who kept badgering her. This one lady who just didn't care made the energy in the waiting room unbearable because she didn't get her way. I recommend booking an actual appointment and not asking the same question of "am I next" every 5-10 minutes when we clearly see one personal managing bloodwork and the check in process. Also, Labcorp, give your employee a raise or assistance. 5 stars for the lady helping everyone, 1 star for the company for not being organized.

It was efficient with the QR Code check-in system and I was the only one there at 9 AM (my appointment was for 9:15 AM but they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early like most doctor appointments) and was able to be helped right away. I'm so glad I had the nurse that I did. She was friendly and did mention that my vein was a bit deep but did a massage to help see if she could bring it to the surface. The process was quick and painless, and would definitely come back for future blood work! ~~Parking: The lab is located in a shared plaza and it could be difficult to find parking depending on the time you arrive, but it did look like there was parking in the back of the complex as well. ~~Service: Great, the nurse made me feel at ease and was very kind. ~~Best Part: Happy to report that I didn't end up with a bruise.

I arrived at 8:00 AM as a walk-in patient and have now been waiting for over two hours. During this…read moretime, I asked the front desk several times about the queue, and each time I was told to keep waiting because there were patients with appointments ahead of me. However, what I observed is that the system here does not seem to consider walk-in patients at all. Even if someone arrives later for a 9:30 appointment, they are still placed ahead of walk-in patients who have already been waiting since early morning. This means that walk-in patients' time is continuously pushed back, and effectively our time is being wasted. What is even more concerning is that when I tried to ask about this situation, the staff responded by saying that I was "arguing." English is not my first language, but asking reasonable questions about the process should not be interpreted as arguing. Instead of addressing the issue with the system or explaining how walk-in patients are handled, multiple staff members seemed to focus on criticizing me for asking questions. It felt like I was being treated unfairly simply because I was trying to understand the situation and advocate for walk-in patients. After waiting here for two hours, I was even told that I should go somewhere else. That is extremely frustrating and unfair after such a long wait. I believe the current system is not respectful of walk-in patients' time, and the way this situation was handled--especially toward someone who is not a native English speaker--is very disappointing. I hope this concern can be taken seriously and that the process for walk-in patients can be improved so others do not have to experience the same situation.
