I went to get a TB test on Friday morning. Those working there were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They even answered my questions about another service. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Overall, I was very impressed and figured the other poor reviews were odd situations. I was given a 1.5 hour time slot to come back on Monday. On Monday morning, someone walked in the building 5 minutes before opening and then never opened the door. At 9:15 I called customer service and was told they were looking for coverage for this location. I was told I could email a photo of my arm to their email and get the test read. The fact that they had a protocol for this indicates that this happens frequently. Additionally, how do they know the photo I sent was of my arm? The other option was to drive to their other location several miles away. I get that things happen and sometimes people get sick but there should be better protocols in place when working with time sensitive situations like getting a TB test read. They did get back to me with results by the end of the day. For what it's worth, communicating with their customer support was easy. They responded quickly. I get a TB test often for work so I'm personally not concerned about my results being read by picture via email but I am concerned that others might not be so honest. Wellnessmart charges considerably less for their TB test than other locations (almost a third of the price of other locations). However, this is definitely the downside of going somewhere cheaper. read more

I was in need of a PPD test and it was super easy to get in with WellnessMart! They are primarily walk-in but I was able to get an appointment online as well. Though I dropped by an hour early and they weren't busy so that was convenient. Staff was clear on instructions of when to get my PPD reading. I came back as instructed and the read was done and provided me with the documentation before leaving. One payment for the test which includes the reading visit as well. read more

Dirty place, rude, and unprofessional! One of the unprofessional nurse, rude one, asked me to lift up the 50 lb ball, although she got I m a petite person and that scale was really heavy for me! Never recommended this place. read more

I have made 2 appointments and have been turned down to make another appointment because either the person that does fingerprinting is not there or because they don't have the materials they need for the fingerprinting. It is a waste of my time I don't know why the receptionist says to make another appointment if they are just going to say they are having issues its ridiculous. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Two different people did my bloodwork I was jabbed 4 different times and accidentally poked once. I even drank water and bloodwork still couldn't get done. Afterwords the male there told me that they couldn't get it done and I will have to go somewhere else also told me that they were both new. Just really disappointed about my experience read more

TL;DR - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I made an appointment for LiveScan fingerprinting and a TB test, as required by my new employer. The appointment (made and confirmed via WellnessMart's website) was for 1PM today. I got there early and saw a sign on the door saying "back at 1PM" (the kind with the adjustable clock on it). I figured, no big deal, ran and got a soda, then returned to the parking lot to wait until 1PM. Upon returning to the parking lot I saw a handwritten note on the door (tacked on top of the sign I'd seen previously; it hadn't been there before) saying "LATE LUNCH - BACK AT 1:20". Since my appointment was at 1PM I just left and will be making an appointment elsewhere. I didn't receive any kind of contact from the business saying they had an urgent scheduling mishap and needed to reschedule me for 1:20 or 1:30 or something. It was a frustrating experience and I feel pretty silly for being so annoyed. It's not life-ruining, but these tests are time-sensitive and required for my job. Why offer (and confirm?) appointments if you have no intention of honoring them or even letting your customers know you won't be keeping them on time? read more

BEFORE WE GET STARTED I couldnt believe that the other person that left a comment has the same name as me and same last initial. what a coinkydink!!! but what i have to say nothing but excellence at its finest the staff, very helpfull. im sure they get this alot or maybe its just me. after visiting wellness md -san jose campbell. i thought i was in the clear. turned in my onboarding paper work with the reciept for my tb shot. i thought that it would be helpfull to include it in my files. to show that i had and took a tb test. then the next morning i thought i should go down there and see if i could find out when i was supposed to return, cause on that card was my return date and time that was schedualed for me they had remebered me. and gave me the information. i had needed and gave me the date for the return day to have the shot looked at. so i can obtain my test results. its been so long since i have taken a tb shot. that i almost felt embarassed to approach them and ask if they could help. but without delay they furnished another card with my return schedual for the return appointment. and i was releived.they seem to be very customer driven very professional and curtious to customers. i wish i could remember the fillipino workers name. i am now set for my return and have a stress free day ahead of me. they could have easily said no, im sorry if you dont have your card we cant help you!! thank you for being a human being. and haveing compassion for my situation!! thank you!! read more

I walked in here with no appointment and needed to get my live fingerprint scanning for a new job. The associate at the counter was more than accommodating and told me that if the person didn't show up for their appointment, she would take me in. Lucky me, that person never did. I was able to fill out my paperwork on a tablet and got everything done quickly and easily. It's a small little office that seems to be pretty busy as several people walked in after me. I went into WellnessMart last week for a physical and bloodwork done for a future employer. They were great! I went in again today to get a vaccine done. Once again, the staff was caring, compassionate, and efficient. You have a wonderful group of people working there. Came by the other day for a same-day travel vaccine medical consultation and vaccines. Despite a rather decrepit strip mall and exterior, the interior was modern and clean. Unlike traditional doctor offices with lines of sick patients, cramped waiting rooms and mysterious prices that may change patient by patient, all of their services along with prices were all posted on the wall (think McDonald's). The $25 consultation was surprisingly thorough by the nurse, James, and took ~20 minutes before the nurse called a doctor for validation and permission prior to administering the vaccinations. The consultation did have plenty of up-sells, which is more of a good to know. Vaccination prices were a on the higher side of the market rates. The immediate and thorough service along with convenience justified the premium price! read more

Was in need of TB tests for myself and my son fairly quickly, looked around at different places that offer them, but everything was booked for the times we could be available. Found this place and was pleased to be able to book for the next day. We show up for our appt a bit early, but didn't have to wait, filled out the forms digitally, the nurse working was friendly and professional, everything was great. We were told to come back on Saturday between the hours of 10-4pm to have the tests read. We returned Saturday at 2pm and the office seemed to be closed, thinking I may have been mistaken on the hours, I see it is posted on the door they are to be open until 4pm on Saturdays and nothing posted as to them being closed for the day. I called the office number and was told they were closed today at the last minute and if I wanted to have our tests read, we could go to the Belmont location. I argued that Belmont was over an hour drive for us and if we were not able to have the tests read today, we needed a refund or to redo the tests on Monday. The operator said they would not be able to refund us or give us another test at no charge on Monday. She gave me an email to send photos of our arms to be read, but the emails keep bouncing back. I do not like this place at all. It was super disheartening to come into this and be turned away. I came in to do a Live Scan test, but when I arrived they said I wouldn't be able to proceed with it. They apparently stop doing the scans after 4:30 PM. Thats fine. I had made the mistake to not call them earlier to confirm. However, I had literally only arrived 1 minute late. Let that sink in. Anyways, I won't be coming again to do a Live Scan here. Will definitely have to do it at a Postal Annex then. read more

Do not come here for any services that require their Nurse to complete. 2 times my appointment was cancelled last minute due to their nurse not being in office. The first appointment I was told when I arrived that it could not be done so I drove 45 mins it's for nothing. Manager did not bother to reply to my email regarding this issue. Beware: you could end up sitting here for 30+ minutes even if you are the only person or one of the few. This place is run by one person so the process can be very slow. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. I had to take a physical and a drug test for employment with CHP and they said I would get it done at Wellness Mart. I made an appointment for 1pm on a Thursday and showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and whatnot. There was one nurse on duty, and she was with another customer until about 1:30 when she was able to start my drug test. I wasn't very concerned as the customer she was with didn't speak very good English and took a little more time. The nurse had never administered a CHP physical before and long story short, I didn't get out of there until after 5pm. As customers would call and come in, she would make the appointments and give other people their drug tests, tuberculosis tests and everything they needed. The actual physical took less than 10 minutes total but we were waiting around for instruction for hours. She didn't know how to give the hearing test, which is very important in my potential position, and gave it to me wrong 4 times. Everything is done through video chat and scanning the paperwork between the nurse and their headquarters of some sort. I was told I would have to finish the physical with a doctor via video chat, which I waited maybe 2 hours for, only to be told the nurse didn't know I would not have to complete that portion. I don't blame the nurse for being under staffed and under trained. She did her best and apologized for the wait. I would not come here for any of the other services they offer. read more

I am about to travel to India with a friend of mine. My friend who lives in Portland went to a travel clinic and suggested I do the same. I found wellnessmart online and made an appointment. I asked on the phone if she can estimate the price and I told her all the vaccines I wanted, she told me that I needed a travel consultation which was $35 and they would prescribe me vaccines and she couldn't price me for it. I said fine, I came to my appointment. The place looks sketchy on the outside. I was never told that there was only one person working and that I would be given a consultation OVER THE PHONE by a medical practitioner that wasn't even there... I would have felt better if they let me know that when I booked my appointment. My friend and I got the same services, she paid $250 in Portland. I paid $405 for the same thing basically. If I could do it over I'd go somewhere else. read more

I went there to get a physical for a state job. The physical was my very last step. I passed everything except the hearing which is an essential part of the position I was applying for. When I asked the lady administrating my physical why I couldn't hear the lower frequency sound on the headphones she made it VERY CLEAR that their HEADPHONES ARE FAULTY as the same thing happened to her. I didn't qualify for the position because of their FAULTY EQUIPMENT. I know for a fact I am not losing my hearing. If you can't provide a legit service you shouldn't offer it. read more

Went for live scan and tb test and walked into a closet like waiting area with 3 other people. No sign in, no instructions, just waiting. Attempted to call for and appointment when they opened at 9 and the message said it was a walk in scenario. When someone finally did come out, she was rude and unhelpful. Told me it's 30-45 minute wait. The place reminded me of TV's version of a 3rd world STD clinic. Just didn't feel like a place I want to give my SSN and vital info to. I was literally here for a pre- employment test. (TB, live scan, etc.) Worst experience coming from a clinic who can not follow simple orders, having a stupid policy and stupid baseline per client and won't listen. The place is janky and the people working in there have poor management. The nurse did not give me care instructions when having my TB test but told me when to come back on next visit for the result.
