Some staff are amazing. Others are going to round this score down to a 2. It's an absolute luck of the draw which one you end up with.

I had a 730 am appt this morning. Confirmed by their automated system that asked me to check in when I arrive. I pulled up at 720. It's dark inside even though they are supposed to open at 7am. I check in anyway and hope their hours changed. It's now 748am and it's still dark and no one is here. Unbelievable. I drove 30 minutes to get here. read more

I just want to say that I am giving 5 stars because of the phlebotomists friendliness there. She was so efficient, focused and kind. Truly grateful for people like that in a time when we are going through so much. Also, quest in general has improved ALOT in the past few years. Glad to see health care organization becoming more efficient. read more

The place was relatively clean, it was easy to check in, and the person who drew my blood did not bruise my arm. That's the only positive thing about my experience. I had orders from 2 different doctors for several tests that would require a bit of bloodwork. I was called back and waited for a half hour as one of the staff members struggled to enter the orders into the computer system. She needed help from another staff member to double check to make sure it was done correctly (it was not). It was nearing their lunch time (they close from 11:30a-12p), and there were a few people after me waiting. I was sent back to the waiting area, then called back in, then sent back again to the waiting area so that those people would be able to be seen and leave by lunch. Finally I was called back by the second staff member. She reviewed the work from the first staff member and found numerous mistakes so she had to re-enter everything into the computer system. This took at least 20 minutes. She finally drew my blood - I had 13 tubes taken, fasting, so I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours. After my blood was taken, it was realized that something was entered wrong by the first staff member and it would all have to be re-entered into the computer AGAIN. They openly discussed how it was entered wrong, and the first/younger staff member said that's how she's always done it while the second/older staff member told her she's been doing it wrong. I was sent home and told that they would have it fixed. I received back 1 test result so far out of 31 - most likely due to the incompetence of the staff member who originally entered everything in. I spent an hour and 45 minutes at this place, when I've never had to wait more than a half hour total at any other place I've been to for bloodwork. TERRIBLE. The staff need better training. They need better procedures in place for making customers wait for excessive amounts of time while they service other customers who arrived AFTER. read more
