I have reviewed this Quest in the past and they used to be wonderful. Twice now trying to get my blood drawn for my annual. The second time was beyond ridiculous! The girl did not even know the keyboard she was typing on! She was searching and pecking the keys. She then kept running in and out of the room and was completely confused. She finally told me I am not sure what tests they want. It was for cholesterol, etc, a basic lab draw for a 50 something woman they have done there the last 3 years! Pathetic. Had an appointment at 11:10am today and I was 5 minutes late and they took me back right away! I went to room #1 with a nice gentleman who made me feel so calm and less nervous since I hate getting my blood drawn! Very clean and nice inside too:) read more

Had bloodwork done. The lady taking the blood forgot to input two of the major tests I needed done. Had to come back on a Saturday and was told it would be ready the next day. It's been over a week and it's not done. I'd avoid using them if your tests are important. read more

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with another Quest location. I went to this location this morning, and have to say it was by far 5+ star. The facility was super clean and had been remodeled. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. A gentleman named Matthew drew my blood, and by far in my many years of having blood work, he was the best Phlebotomist I've ever had. I am sure that all of the Phlebotomist at this location do a wonderful job based upon the reviews, but this particular gentleman did an amazing job. Highly recommend this location. read more

The creatinine clearance test was run twice with inaccurate results. It could have meant the difference in getting lungs. Went to Labcorp and the test results were fine. Tacro results kept reading low. Tacro at another facility the next day was seven points higher. Be careful and double check if the results are life or death. read more

I absolutely hate getting blood tests. Quest made it as quick and painless as possible. I made an appointment online and waited in my car until it was my turn. There was someone up front checking patients in on so we didn't have to touch anything. I was promptly taken back right at my appointment time. The technician who drew my blood was very friendly. It was mostly pain free too ;) I'd visit this location in the future. read more

Friendly customer service and prompt service. I scheduled some blood work using their online portal, which was easy to use. Received email reminders and instructions for my upcoming appointment. With Covid I was concerned about sitting in a waiting room. When I arrived with my mask on, I was greeted by the receptionist who had a mask and face shield. She checked me in by first taking my temperature and asked if I had a scheduled appointment or if I was a walk-in. From the Quest emailed instructions, I took out my phone and pulled up the appointment QR code and signed in contactless. I was told someone would call me in shortly. I waited perhaps 5-8mins, as I was early to my appointment. There were only 3 people waiting and the chairs were spaced out and cleaned once a patient was called in. Once I was called in the technician reviewed my profile to check if everything was correct (insurance, address, phone..) and took a credit card (which is only charged after insurance is billed and is not kept in the system after the transaction). Technician was gentle and was able to draw blood on first try. Patched me up and I was done. Overall impression quick, friendly and clean location. read more

Wife made an appointment on line; went at appointed time and no one to check you in except a computer. Computer couldn't find her appointment, so she made one at next available time (40 minute wait). Finally called back 15 minutes late and they wouldn't do a courtesy draw so we could Fed X to the specialty lab her doctor uses for hormone treatment. 2 hours of screwing around only to be told they couldn't do a courtesy draw that we were willing to pay cash for! Won't use them ever again! read more

Very nice office & location. Easy to schedule appointments. I have to give thanks to Crystal, one of the phlebotomist at the Trinity location. She was extremely helpful! My doctor requested lab testing and it stated I did not need to fast. Crystal took the time to call my doctors office & verify if this was correct or not. They were out of office. Crystal discussed my options and potential variations in results. She gave me the option to do the bloodwork or reschedule. I chose to reschedule. Thank you so much to Crystal! I have tried in every way to make a complaint about Quest Diagnostics!! At no point have I been successful in doing so. To condense my horrible complaint, while at a now closed site in Walmart's on state rd. 54 in New Port Richey, Fl. one of the staff members threaten me in a loud voice not once but twice to "Call the police on me!!" She did not have a reason to do so except she thought I was a person of color, and she could get away with it. I have written, called Quest Diagnostics to no avail. I did get a response asking me to indicate what happened in detail. I did this. To date, not one response from her or anyone representing Quest Diagnostic!!! It is as if they can do and say whatever they want to, to a patient. Oh, and I am a senior citizen. Someone needs to deal with this situation! I was in the small area waiting to complete a task that was necessary...and the entire waiting area heard the shout out to call the police on me! It is difficult to make contact with a person of authority to make this complaint to!!!!! read more

This quest location has a very friendly staff and the facilities are immaculate! I'm used to going to the location at University Plaza where there are "interesting characters" on both the staff and client side. New to the Trinity area, ai wasn't sure what to expect but everyone, staff and clients, were very kind. Glad to make this location my go-to for bloodwork. Before I arrived, I got a text asking to click the link when I arrived. I got here 5-6 minutes before my 1030am appointment, clicked the link, and it said I was checked in. I could wait in my car, outside, or inside the waiting room and I would receive a text or call to enter the waiting room. I got a text and upon walking towards the door, the quest staff member opened the door for me and greeted me. Very kind and efficient! read more

I needed a routine INR blood test. My regular doctor combined it with other routine blood tests, drew the blood and sent it to the lab on Thursday. That lab advised him on Friday they no longer did INR testing. He called me and told me I needed to do it separately. I asked him to send the order to this Quest site on Friday. I went in on Tuesday and Quest could not find the order. I spoke with my doctor who confirmed they sent it to this Trinity office of Quest. His office resent it. Forty minutes to get a simple blood test. Now, eleven days later, I still have the bruise from the butcher that poked me. I will never again go to this place, and I suggest you also avoid it. They claim to be organized and professional, but seem disorganized and unprofessional. read more

This Facility made it impossible to get my drug screening done. they stop taking tests by 12:45pm but dont have this information available even after you check in for the screening. I was told by the assistant to come in the next morning at 6am, however, they dont have a nurse qualified to take the screening until 6:30am. They need to make this information available to stop wasting their patients time. read more

Clean, fast, efficient, and courteous staff. Should be the standard at medical labs but very rarely is. Will be using this location for all of my future labs. read more

Yomayra was great! She took everyone's temp at the door and ensure social distancing was followed. There was a wait, but that was not the fault of the people working at the lab, rather just too many people when the doors first opened. Yomayra was my phlebotomist and was very efficient, professional, friendly, and did a painfree blood draw! I would go back to her. read more
