I reserve my appointment on line. Get reminder confirmation/s. May I suggest, printing your confirmation at home, if possible. May help at Check-In "For the Just in case". #1 very busy place-always go with an appt. #2 Found the staff to be pleasant, efficient, and fast. #3 Check in at the kiosk tabs can be problematic and there is no one to assist. If at all possible check in on your phone with link Quest sends. #4 There was an issue with my lab order. My name was misspelled so it didn't "push thru". Staff said to sit in lobby and call Quest customer service to fix it and then they'd get me back in. It was packed and no appt? It ended up with me going back for four separate appointments before the lab order "pushed thru". #5 Three of the times i was there, the tv in the lobby did not work. There were grumblings in the packed lobby about not being able to see if you were checked in or next, etc. The fourth time the TV was working and the scroll of names made the atmosphere calmer. My only suggestion for Quest? Efficiency aside, there needs to be a real live person in front of the locked almost no window doors to assist with issues. When the IPad kiosk doesn't work, there should be someone to help the 80 year old guy who can't stand or see very well, there should be someone to be able to fix a name to push thru the order so the labs can be drawn at the first appt, etc. The efficiency is there, the staff is as helpful as they can be in their time constraints but the personal touch for stressed as well as elderly infirmed clients is missing. My review is neutral for that reason. My 4th and final visit when everything worked was a fast in and out. read more

Accompanied my husband to his fasting labs and after my time watching the office screen I learned what the interaction was supposed to look like I found nothing like that happening. The happy and pleasant interaction that was promised did not happen from what my husband relayed once inside the girl was short and asked him for paperwork that she clearly had on her screen. All an assembly line of move it along. And he said he refrained from saying anything since it could lead to them making things hard for him. Just my thoughts please stop taking jobs where you interact with people all day long and act annoyed read more

I had a frustrating experience at Quest near CCIRH in Vero Beach. Only kiosks to check in, which are difficult for seniors to navigate. Waiting room packed. I arrived 20 min. early for appt., had to wait until 10 min. early to check in. When checking in, realized I left my driver's lic. in my pants pocket at home (my bad), so checked in with my phone number. Got bounced to stand-by status. Waited 1 hr. 40 minutes, never seeing my check-in # show up on the screen, watching those who arrived after me get called. I left. On my Quest confirmation letter, there was a reminder to bring insurance card and wear sleeves that can be rolled up. Nothing about license, but I take responsibility for that. Don't forget your license, or you'll be in for a long(er) wait. They need a human to help people out and keep the appointments on track. read more

This review is specifically for Mimi. This was my first time going to this quest location as i have bad experiences in the past with the other ones in Vero Beach. I do not do well with blood work and have a history of passing out. My old location in the orlando area was very kind and accommodating but i was struggling to find a similar experience the last year here in vero at the different locations i tried until i came to this location and had Mimi. I did pass out but she was extremely kind and helpful, did what she could to ensure i was safe after the fact and she did such a good job with my blood draw i can't even tell where it happened. I had blood taken and the staff member gave me a hematoma. It was half the size of a tangerine. It is 5 days later and I still can't straighten my arm and I still have swelling. The bruises wrapped around my arm to my elbow with the brightest colors. I have taken pictures and will move onto the main office to lodge a complaint. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. I must say, this company is very technologically advanced. You can check in on line. You get reminders via text of your appointment. You get a link to click when you arrive to check in. This time I didn't have to fast for my blood work, so I went at 1 pm. Thinking it would be not as crowded then either. I was right. No one in the waiting room. I was called within 2 minutes to a window and asked for my paperwork. Told to head to room #3. A nice tech drew my blood painlessly and I was out the door in under 5 minutes. Compared to my horrible experiences with Vero Radiology and the Clevland Clinic, this place was a dream. Thanks Quest for making a medical test a semi-pleasant experience! I needed blood work so I booked an appointment on their website. I've read so many bad reviews with these labs. I gotta say, it was awesome!! I arrived at my appointment time. Was called right away. Completely unsatisfactory customer support... Impossible to reach, hold times are forever. Chat bot is useless. if you're lucky to get customer support and request results by email, they sent you an encrypted email, which is easy to link to get the medical records attached to that encrypted email do not open. I will never use Quest again. read more

The waiting room is the size of a public bathroom. The office workers have no personality. They require that you wear a mask even when nowhere else requires you to do so. Then they don't even provide you a mask and deny you service. I'd much rather die of an illness than go back there to have my blood work done. The quest down the road inside of the Walmart is surprisingly much better with service. read more
