I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Quest Diagnostics location…read more Today I spent over 40 minutes with a technician who was unable to correctly enter my name into the system, even though she was copying it directly from my ID. She repeatedly told me that I "did not exist" in the system. Eventually, my doctor's office had to call and spell my name letter by letter over the phone. Only then was I finally found in the system. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the technician blamed me and said it was my fault for "saying my name wrong." That is completely unacceptable. I provided my valid ID, and it is not the patient's responsibility to troubleshoot your system. What made the situation worse is that after all of this, she refused to perform my lab work and told me she would not take me today - after wasting 40 minutes of my time. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I left and went to another Quest location, where I was immediately found in the system and treated properly without any issues. Based on my experience and the number of similar negative reviews, it's clear this location has serious issues with staff professionalism, customer service, and basic patient handling. I strongly recommend management review staff training and behavior at this location. Patients deserve respect and basic competence.

I mentioned it and it was whisked away! No mention of why other than I feel I pissed Ciera off. What the hell is wrong with this place? I have not slept in almost 24 hours. I need to go home. Did an excellent job replacing a damaged starter and fixing several other issues for us. He went waaaaaaay above and beyond. He not only diagnosed all the issues quickly, he works fast and efficiently and went out of his way to find us the least costly options. Even saved us an extra $50 on parts when he did not have to. For me to endorse someone (which I do not give easily) they have to show excellence at thier work, stand behind it, have good value for $, and show they have integrity. Mike not only surpassed those criteria, but is a genuinely nice guy on top of it. Mike did a great job and was reasonably priced. We even gave him a tip for the extra time and effort he put in.
