I will never use their services again. My appointment was for 6:40 am and I had to fast. I arrived at 6:30 am it is now 7 am and no one has opened the office. I even stood outside waiting for an employe. She arrived at 6:50 am. I made her aware. I had an appointment at 6:40 and she said she would check it out and open the front of the offices.. since then four or five other employees showed up. I am still sitting freezing in my car, waiting for somebody to open the damn door.! if this is the way they treat people I don't know if I want them testing anything. I will never ever use this service again and I will talk negatively about it anytime anybody brings it up. This treatment today is uncalled for and it's disrespectful and rude.! I had an appointment scheduled for January 15, 2021. As I use paratransit (I have no car), I was dropped off at about 9:45. When I went to the entrance, there was a sign inside the door, behind the hours of operation, saying "Emergency closure, Sorry for the inconvenience." No one had called to cancel my appointment or to let me know not to come. Nor did anyone call afterwards to apologize. I called paratransit to see if they could arrange an earlier pickup, and they did their best, but I still had to wait an hour and a half outdoors, in damp, low thirties weather. I am 75 years old. There were no open restaurants, coffee shops or any place to shelter within walking distance. I think this is unacceptable. read more

Not very professional. Music was on way too loud and lyrics were inappropriate. Person extracting blood did not seem to be experienced. Stuck me 4 times and kept moving needle back and forth while it was in my arm. read more

I had an appointment at 1:45pm, and live pretty far away. I showed up on time to find a little sign on the door saying they were closing that day at 10:30am. No call or text, and then I came in the next day, no apology either. Just rude. read more

Had an appointment for blood work and even received an email confirming my appointment, when I arrived for my appointment the door was locked and the building was closed. Other patient were showing up for their appointment as well. It took a while to find a number on their website that we could speak to a human, and found out the building was closed for maintenance. This happened to me twice in the past month. read more

I came here with an appointment for a preemployment drug screen. I was taken care of pretty quickly. The staff are a little standoffish and very matter-of-fact. It got the job done. But I would definitely make an appointment as they are prioritized before walk-ins and I'm sure they get overwhelmed by walk-ins sometimes. Clean facility. Easy parking. read more

This was my first visit to the 6th Ave. location. I had scheduled my appt. online several days before. I arrived about 10 minutes early. Plenty of parking available. The waiting room was empty, so they actually took before my appt. time. The technician was friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Will definitely use this Quest location again. read more

My partner and I arrived at the Sixth Ave York PA location each with lab orders and back to back appointments. When we walked to the lab area together he was rudely told "You can wait outside!" When I tried to explain that we were together and had consecutive appointments and that we are a couple, she continued to be rude and insisted he go out. From then on she treated us roughly, grabbing our arms to collect the samples, rolling her eyes if we took too long to hand her a form. Nastiest individual I have ever dealt with. My feeling is that had we been a straight couple we might have been treated politely. read more
