I am in the Regus system now, but it is very unethical and sneaky as if I click a button to end the agreement it appears Regus will unethically and without any client consent try to steel my last month's rent and security deposit because Regus is not concerned about the well-being of its small business tenants. Who can we speak to, please advise, this is no way to treat a quality 4 year tenant. I can't believe this is how Regus treats it's small business "partners."

I visited from out of town earlier this year and needed a dedicated space to work at. I was…read moreunpleasantly surprised by how few places were true coworking spaces with availability for day passes in the FLL area. Finally I found Axis online and it was excellent. My first day I worked in the flexible open space on the first floor. Seating was ample and comfortable. Kitchen was handy (purchase your own snacks will a self checkout iPad). Being on the first floor, it had direct access outside and waterfront views for great walks during breaks. The second day I reserved a private office. That was on the third floor and it was a nice spot. Walls are glass so if you're doing anything proprietary or notably private, it won't meet your need there. WiFi was good. Also, special thanks to the staff for helping me with some annoying network needs. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. It's important to know you have to pull up to the building and valet park. The parking was free iirc. Enter the building and inform the building security on the right that you're visiting Axis. They have to let you in. I didn't find that super clear. They're also (understandably) strict on the 5:00 pm closing time if you're not a member. Use the valet ticket to call your car before coming out (valets prefer it, actually).

The buildings are really nice and very well maintained. We are in building 12401 and our only issue is that our building doesn't have a someone coming to the rooms to pick up trash. So it can be a big inconvenience to take the trash out side to the big garbage bin on the side of the building. Other then that the staff is very cooperative and quick to fix anything that may go wrong. They have events for all the offices can join in for the holidays. So that's always very nice.

A month went by, no return of monies. It took two weeks to get a lot of nonsense excuses, run around and was told I'd get email confirming refund on 10/1. I reached out, still nothing. Multiple help tickets and nothing. The communication with the main corp office is near impossible. They pass the buck down the line and insist you do a 'help ticket' online. Well, that's gotten no where so here I am leaving a review everywhere! I assume they think people will give up since the time and energy chasing them is ludacris for such a small amount but, I'm about principle and I'll get the monies owed to me. The sad (stupid part) on their part is, I was going to get another office in Daytona but instead I'll get office space with another company.

Parking is a bit pricey at $20 for all day/working hours. However, if you go there to work and head out to dinner on the strip afterwards then it's worth it (since parking is terrible in las olas). When I first entered the office I was greated by Christina, she helped me get setup and showed me my office. The space has meeting rooms (separate reservation if you need to use them), free coffee / tea, microwave, essentials in bathrooms and printing / copying resources. The kitchen also has a nice view to the city. One of my favorite perks of this space is the location, you can walk to nice restaurants for lunch or my fav - grab a dessert or coffee nearby. However, what really makes this place truly different and valuable from other spaces is the awesome customer service. Christina helped me with EVERYTHING. She went out of her way to give me recommendations for lunch, helping me with IT printer issues, among other things. There are even treats that are brought in once in a while (e.g. bagels). If you are a remote employee or have your own business then I definitely recommend using this space!
