We have security and a good communication with the management. I would recommend this gated community especially if you have children, working from home or simply need peace. Most of the properties here are huge with at least 1 acre! On the contrary of other gated communities each home is different from an other which is very pleasant. Entrances are man gated 24h. Never had any kind of problem since we moved here 4 1/2 year ago. Also we love living in Coral Springs, you find everything here and the area is safer than anywhere else.

The inside of the lobby always smells nice and each bathroom has scented soaps from Bath and Bodyworks. Each detail is important to management at these office suites. The parking valet is respectful to the office suite leasees. In my opinion they are extremely unprofessional and provide horrible customer service. I came to pick up mail two times and one of the times the person was late which unnecessarily disrupted my day. I kept trying but repeatedly had the same problem so I gave up and disputed my credit card charges. Next thing you know, they re-billed me for the charges I disputed and then added late fees and administrative charge back fees on top. When I explained this situation to local management she was totally disrespectful and blamed me for everything. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. After posting the negative review, the company initially replied by asking for my account number - which I provided, at which point I was given a reference number and told that I would be contacted by corporate. Five days later, they still have not called. I tried calling in today and spent over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, and when I finally talked to someone, we spent over an hour while she unsuccessfully attempted to reach management. How is it possible that that customer service cannot reach a manager or supervisor??? The customer service nightmare continues, even I have spent hours upon hours between waiting on hold and trying to resolve this absurdity. I almost never leave reviews but this debacle needs to be made known to everyone considering doing business with them. Avoid the nightmare I have been though and take your business elsewhere.

There is not a name on the building but the 980 Spaces work area business on the first floor dominate the tenant space with the Sea Coast Bank.
