They told me to bring them back and they would do a free replacement. Once I came back they declined to replace my screen and now I have a useless phone even offered to pay for another screen and they said they declined the work even before screen was replaced. Used them twice. Both times they rushed through the job and it could have been done better. The…read moresecond time we used them it was because the dogs are m&ms and tree up all over the carpet. We did the preliminary cleaning and got most of the stain up. It looked like they didn't pretreat the stains or do anything extra to get them up. When I asked they told me there is nothing they could do. The entire job looked bad. The carpet came out looking streaked and the stains did not come out. We had to retreat the stains using the oxiclean and white towel/iron method and were able to get the stains removed. The last complaint was that they dumped their waste holding tank in my driveway. When I called them on it.....they took the hose and washed the trashy water down the gutter towards the storm drain. Never again. Waste of money.
