We did the preliminary cleaning and got most of the stain up. It looked like they didn't pretreat the stains or do anything extra to get them up. When I asked they told me there is nothing they could do. The entire job looked bad. The carpet came out looking streaked and the stains did not come out. We had to retreat the stains using the oxiclean and white towel/iron method and were able to get the stains removed. The last complaint was that they dumped their waste holding tank in my driveway.
