I had the pleasure working for Quick and Clean. I worked peacefully with them for 1 1/2 yrs with no problem. the other half was so awful. I was under a supervisor by the name of Mrs. Shavonda and she was very nice and very professional. They did away with her for crazy reasons like they do everybody else. I then began to work under the supervisor Vanessa who is very messy, nice nasty, a big liar, and start so much confusion and then turn around and play the victim of it all. She's a black female that has a lil supervisor position and it has gone to her head in a bad way. She is so against her staff thats under her and also against the office staff. She's a supervisor that talks and tells all of admin's business about what,'s going on with everybody in the office and how she had it out with different one's and how she talks to them. She does her cleaning crew the same way. She go back and forth with each one talking about them but little did she know we all informed each other of what she was saying. She came in cussing all the time and it was so annoying!!! She told us how she dislikes the office crew and how she tell them off all the time and even showed us the cleaning crew all the text messages of what was said when she had it out with them. As a supervisor she stated that she's going to aggravate them until they fire her and she's not going anywhere until they do. She's awful as a supervisor. She made up all kind of lies that our crew at the FB was doing so bad and she even talked against us with the dude that hired us to clean. She went as far to tell us admin does not like black people and they get rid of the black people and not the white people. If you really look at the picture thats exactly what they do. They listen to the lies Venessa tell on the workers and then get rid of them. If they look at the picture the will see how she complains and get these people fired. Quick and Clean have had a lot of good workers and have fired most of them and the others have quit because of them being unprofessional. Vanessa has said alot of things that she should not have said especially about the office staff. Ren is a supervisor that works there as well and does not know how to treat nor talk to others. He throws his weight around as a bully to the staff and Q&C is ok with him being like that to their people. Had he yelled and talked to me the way he did others he wouldn't want to yell at nobody else. All he and Vanessa did was talk about each other and throw ech other under the bus with Kristi and her office staff. Ren didn't want Vanessa to make her 40 hours but she said oh he wanna make his tho Lollll She said she don't even trust Ren and we shouldn't either. Heck we didn't trust either one of them. Kristi every body talk so bad about you but what you need to do is like the black and the white and treat everybody the same because Vanessa said she don't even like you. You are getting rid of the wrong people and I promise you if you get some good people to supervise like Mrs. Shavonda did your business would be going good instead of all this unnecessary firing and people quitting. Vanessa told us about the situation with Mrs. Shavonda that i want put on here...Yep she tell all y'all business Lollll This is my view of QUICK AND CLEAN....AWFUL!!!! Y'all do not work for these people they want you to work for the lil money like a slave and treat you bad and if you don't go along with how they treat you they get rid of you. One last thing and this is what they want one person to do on a floor by themselves:
Clean 5 bathroom's, Dust, Take the trash out of all the offices, Vacuum the entire floor, Clean the stairway, Clean the elevator and lastly Mop the entire floor.
