She was very pleasant, quick, and efficient. I paid with cash, so there was no service fee. There is a charge a little over 2% if you pay with a credit card. I paid the renewal fee and received my new sticker, definitely more convenient than paying the DMV online and waiting for the renewal sticker in the Mail.
