When they ask for your credit card and tell you that it's only for the $105 diagnostic, do not believe them. I got charged an extra $100 for labor that I never authorized. I was told I would get a call once the diagnostic was done and I would be given a choice on how to proceed. I got a call after the job was done and told it's an extra $100 for labor to remove food from the dishwasher hose. I would have never agreed to the $100 charge because I can do that myself. It's an easy job. When I asked why they didn't call me first, the repairman said he wasn't sure that was the problem. He only figured out that it was the problem after he fixed it. Doesn't that sound like a diagnostic? When I complained about the $100 extra labor charge because he didn't call me to authorize it, I was told that I should feel lucky that he was able to "save the dishwasher hose". If he didn't save it, it would be another $375 to $400 for a new dishwasher hose because the part is expensive and it's a very labor intensive job. Well, I installed the last dishwasher hose myself 4 years ago for $25 for the part and 1 hour of my time. It was a made up story in an attempt to make me feel better for the extra $100 labor charge, which I did not authorize. I emailed twice and called on February 12, 2026 and asked for a $50 refund. I got a call back on February 25, 2026 from an administrator letting me know that they are reviewing my request. I was promised that I would get a call back. Well, it's been 7 weeks since that promise on February 25, 2026 and no call back. Based on everything that has happened over the past 9 weeks, it's obvious to me that this business is not operating in good faith. Another issue unrelated to the billing, is that I wrapped duct tape over the dishwasher hose in a 3 inch area because the hose rubs against wood, which will break it after a couple of years. Well, the repair person removed the duct tape without asking me or even telling me he did it. The repair person arrogantly insisted that the hose will not break because he removed the duct tape. I have owned the house for 19 years. The dishwasher hose rubs and will break after a couple years. To suggest that it won't break is reckless advice. It will take 2 years to happen, so not his problem at that point. Never use Quick Appliance. Too many honest companies out there to choose from. read more

They are anything BUT quick! Had them out before the holiday to "fix" a dryer. It worked for 2 loads then the same problem returned . They closed 3 days for Thanksgiving, then the weekend. Left 2 messages on Monday, no return call. Left another message on Tuesday only to be told the earliest they could "warranty" their work was 7 days later. That adds up to a 12 day wait for service. Compound that with a snarky service manager who clearly sounded annoyed to return the call and had no interest in customer service - no thank you. i recommend you find another repair center! read more

Quick and professional! My landlord arranged for Quick Appliance to replace a broken washing machine in my apartment. Initially I waited a week to hear back from them to schedule but called to check in and got everything figured out. I was in a hurry and in need of a washing machine so they were kind enough to offer to come out on a Friday night to do the work. The technician came around 7pm on that Friday which I super appreciated, and pointed out that the issue was actually different from what my apartment maintenance person thought. Do NOT trust this company! Do not call if you own a newer fridge! I have used them in the past & been satisfied but recent experience was completely deceptive & unacceptable. This is the first review I have ever written bc I felt obligated to warn people. Feel deceived & wasted money and time....I called for service on my 3 year old Fisher & Paykel fridge and gave them the model number and specially asked if they service these fridges. I was told yes and when the technician came out and I paid him the $125 service call fee he informed me that they are not certified to service the sealed system part of my fridge but could fix one part. They quoted me $375 in addition to the $125 service call to fix the part that they were certified to fix, but then I would have to call another company that can service the sealed system if I want someone who can work on the entire thing (if you have a newer fridge don't call them!!! they are not certified to work on R600 coolant & compressor- common in newer fridges). When I called about the misinformation they said that their office staff has no way of knowing before they came out, but I think they should give customers fair warning so we know. I would have appreciated a heads up so I could have just began with the other company that can service these. The other company came out & turns out it was all still under warranty and completely free to me to fix including the service call. Lesson Learned...I should have not trusted the appliance guy who told me that it was out of warranty & not trusted Quick appliance front office. When in doubt go with the company that does warranty work just in case. Grateful that Columbine Appliance could help me out with my entire fridge & even deal with company on my warranty! Disappointed that it cost me $125, hours of time, and several more days with no refrigerator for my family of 5. Hope I can spare others from experiencing same frustrations. I reached out the company one more time to ask the owner if they wanted to try to make it right with me before posting this, but they stand by the fact that their scheduling office is unable to know if they can for sure help you until the technician comes and charges you. read more

I have a 1993 Whirlpool washing machine. It still works great but the agitator wasn't agitating anymore. I wasn't sure if anyone still repaired a machine that old but I called Quick Appliance yesterday and David was here by noon today. He had the parts needed and even cleaned some of the 30 years accumulation of lint and soap scum from the housing while he had it apart. David is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The next time my appliances need repair, I'll definitely call Quick Appliance and ask for David. read more

I really wanted to love this company. My tech was friendly, professional, and on time. My diagnosis was for a part that the company no longer carried, I was told to order it from an outside source. Once the part arrived, I installed it and the problem was not fixed. Knowing Quick Appliance guarantees their work, I wrote in on their contact us page to have a follow up diagnostic done. After 2 days of no contact, I called in person to set it up over the phone and was told a tech would call before the weekend to set up a second look under the guarantee. I never heard from a tech. I called back Tuesday, 8 days after my initial attempt to contact QA,to see if I could set up my second look and was told it would not be covered bc the part wasn't from them...again, they don't carry the part and told me to order it from another source. If you a looking for lies and excuses, this is the company for you. Go with another company if you actually want your washer fixed. I wish I could rate Quick Appliance higher. I like the idea of purchasing appliances, install, and service all from one place. It did not work out. It's too inconvenient, the scheduling involves several companies, and there is no clear point of accountability. I wanted a fridge, stove, hood, and dishwasher. Over the last 2 1/2 months and 4 visits from assorted staff(all of which required leaving work) plus 3 trips to their showroom to drop off checks or select something- I have a fridge with the handle on the wrong side and a d/w that does not dry dishes, as the installers did not complete the job and broke my plumbing when they were here. When I call or email, I am instructed to call the manufacturer, as it is under warranty. It's not Quick, it's not convenient, and it is not customer service. read more

I have had two experiences with Quick and both times were pleasant experiences. The first experience was that I found a brand new dishwasher here for a reasonable price and they had someone come out and install it. The service person was congenial but struggled to hook up the machine. I guess it is because the house that I am living in(though not much longer, a week and counting). At one point the machine toppled over and hit the floor and made a small dent on the machine. Luckily for me I am not picky about such things and someone else is going to rent this house out very soon so it was not an issue. The second time was when I needed to order plastic parts to the refrigerator. Sometimes it is cheaper to get a new one altogether because the parts can be expensive but not this time. They were able to get nearly all of the parts, the important ones anyway. So both times I have walked away happy. read more

We do not recommend this company for appliance repair. We scheduled repair on our Miele coffee maker. They did not return initial call. We called back and were told their phone system was out Scheduled an appointment. Told tech would show 9 - 11 a.m. today. No tech so called mid-day to check when tech would be there. Was told they would check new arrival time and call back in 15 minutes. Never called back. Yet, we were called late day by someone from company to settle payment for service. We told them tech never came. They said their records didn't even show having a tech in our town that day (but they knew to call for payment). At this point, don't know what is truthful that they have told us but can't trust any commitment they make. We still need service but are looking for a company who does what they commit to. read more

Rip off, Didn't mention the service charge, which I understand there could be one but $70 should be mentioned upfront, then found out their mark up on parts is 100% and they charge a flat rate so their hourly wage was about $150/hr for installing the part I needed. Greatly abused and took advantage of my 93 year old mother. Ordered parts, lost them in the warehouse (3 weeks to get an adapter for a dishwasher). They are incompetent, they damaged the dishwasher so it would not pump out. Expected her to "fix" the problem by standing through the entire wash cycle and police the improvised (read incorrect) hose they attached. Made appointments early in the morning and didn't keep them. Ruined a good appliance and did nothing. Stopped returning calls. They most assuredly do not stand by their work. Luckily we were able to stop payment on the check. If there was a way to give no stars, I would rate it a 0. I actually brought my appliance to them. Still had to pay the $99.95 service fee, which I mistakenly thought was for "service"! Turns out there was a simple disconnected hose, which I was charged $65 to reconnect, on top of the $99 I had paid for service! They ran a $12.45 bottle of cleaner thru, and charged me 35.41 for parts! The pick up guy tried to tell me about a "sensor" but it's sure not listed on parts! Then, they didn't even put the filter back in, and had the audacity to tell me it came in without one. I know it was here because I had just put in a brand new one thinking that might fix the problem! I have used Quick several times before and always been satisfied. My main complaint is that the particular repairman sent to fix our Bosch Ascenta (discontinued for a reason) was incompetent and clearly was only concerned with his own convenience and time and not with actually helping the customer. On his initial visit he had no idea why he was even here - which may be a communication problem beyond his control. We had already waited probably a week or two for him to come out and then he wasn't prepared to deal with the problem. He figured out the dishwasher needed an aftermarket part meant to fix a manufacturer defect. The part was on backorder. We waited another 2-3 weeks for the part to be shipped to Quick Appliance. They finally received it and he came out to install it just to find out the part must have been installed by the manufacturer already! How do you miss that?! So the problem still persists - he showed us how to get it to work temporarily but said Quick Appliance would contact Bosch to let them know the unit was defective and they would call us back the next day. Never called us back - now we find out from Bosch that he actually marked the problem as fixed and never contacted them in regards to the defect! Dishonest, uncaring, incompetent. We have enough of a headache with dealing with manufacturers that don't care about creating a quality product. I don't recall his name, but if I did I would give him the negative rating - maybe the other repairmen are competent and care - but he did not. All I remember is that he was a younger man, so ask for an older more experienced repairman. A word for that repairman: If you hate your job, find a new one. read more

I always try to leave positive feedback but can't this time. The technician Nohea came to work on my electric stovetop. When he walked in the door I had one burner that didn't work and one that wasn't as hot as it should be out of four. He left and we agreed he would order parts. I turned the front burner on that has always worked to cook dinner that evening and a loud electrical spark happened on a burner he had looked at. It scared me badly and I was afraid it would catch on fire. I then called them and left a message. By 9:30 the next morning they hadn't returned my call. I called them and the receptionist said the technician left the stove as unusable (until the parts came in). He failed to tell me that. Now I have company coming tomorrow and have no stovetop to cook on. Thank you for the crappy service. Despite the name these guys aren't quick at all. Our experience with this company was horrible and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Our oven had a failed circuit board in June and the manufacturer approved the repair under warranty and referred us to Quick Appliance Repair. After a relatively quick initial investigation, Quick Appliance Repair has cancelled the actual repair three times. First, because they ordered the wrong part, the second because the part didn't arrive on time (?), and the third because their technician now wanted the day off. We have gone more than two months without a working oven. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.... anyone else. read more

Two weeks later we scheduled a time to have the part installed and they were a NO SHOW! Didn't even bother to call and inform me they got the wrong part. When the part was finally installed it didn't work and I had to call them back. Once again they did not show up at the scheduled time and I had to call to get the status of the repair. They were able to match the price of ordering the glass online with no freight charges and got it within 1 day! Chuck was extremely helpful from the minute we walked in the door. Disappointed. Dan the service technician had years of experience per the Quick Service office. He visited and then ordered a part for our 6 year old Kenwick washing machine. Charge was $69 for the visit. We waited two business days for him to come to diagnose the problem and then three days for the part to arrive. He then came back and the part didn't fix the issue. He said he would not charge for the second visit. That is good because we would NOT have paid him twice for NOT fixing the issue! We now have been without a washing machine for a week and need to visit Home Depot to buy a new one. We could have done that a week ago and saved our $69. Quick appliance repair is a joke! read more

I had the most awesome experience in having my Samsung dryer fixed. I was pretty sure the belt was going. I called and person said I have a technician that usually gets done early on his jobs so can schedule you today if I was flexible. I told her I was. Sal stopped by 1 1/2 hours after I called. Took the technician 15 minutes to arrive, leave, lock me out, and charge 130 for a dishwasher that still doesn't work
