Ethan was the only reputable place I could find on Yelp that also serviced SE Loveland. I called him on Tuesday and explained my problem I was having with my dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the issue after I sent him a couple pictures of the bottom of my dishwasher and ordered the part that day. The part arrived yesterday (Friday) and he came this morning to install the new part and he was here for maybe 30 mins. It works fine now! Our dishwasher is 10 years old and we thought we'd have to go get a new one, but Ethan saved it! Hopefully we'll get to use it for a long time. Overall it was a great experience. read more

I have a vintage stove from 1950 and it's very difficult to find appliance companies that will work on something so old, so I was super excited when Ethan was enthusiastic about repairing it and showed me other appliances of a similar age that he'd restored. He took a look at my stove, informed me that the thermostat was broken and would need to be replaced, said he'd contact me with an estimate when he found something suitable--and then vanished off the face of the earth. No emails, didn't answer the phone or return my calls when I left messages. Very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, he was completely wrong about the problem with the stove. Further research indicated that a broken thermostat would not cause the problems I was experiencing, and I was eventually able to get it mostly functional again without replacing anything. Ethan arrived on time and finished repairing my range within an hour. This required diagnosing the continuous gas leak and cause for burners to not function which other technicians had failed to correctly identify. Courteous at all times and completed work on agreed upon payment. Ethan contacted me and stated he wanted to make things right and apologized several times. I did not use him to move forward on the repair of my dryer. Had a washer that wouldn't drain or spin. Alex was exceptionally professional and courteous. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Turned out that the pump was clogged and the lid switch needed replacing. He removed the material & was able to provide a temporary fix so I can do laundry while we wait for the new switch.
