The staff was helpful and I felt the prices were very fair for the amount of stuff we had to clean. Store was well kept up inside and felt inviting, and although it wasn't used this time, I also noticed they offer wash and fold services. It's was also pretty convenient having a pizza parlor right next door to eat at while waiting! Great spot to do laundry, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of this service.

From the friendly customer service to the way they handled the situation, they showed they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They have these huge washers that you can wash 8 loads of laundry for like $11!!! That's super cheap! There is an app you can use too. The speed queen app and you upload your laundry money there and every $20 up add you get a free $5 added to your funds. So that's pretty cool. If you don't do the app you can still use quarters (there's no extra $5 with that though. But I highly recommend the app. The woman who works here is super sweet and very helpful. The facility is very clean and the prices fair. I also would use them for wash by the weigh if needed or feel comfortable enough to sit and do it there myself. She also said it was "none of my business" when I asked for the owner's information. She knew exactly that I saw what she did and I was trying to report her.
