My heavy linens went in for the same amount of time and finished, very dry before. So broken dryers? This place says is has free wifi, yet it doesn't work. Some really old machines but also some newer ones that we used. The gentleman working as an attendant was real helpful and nice when we had a bent coin issue. Halfway threw our most recent visit I was told if I closed the washer door like that again (firmly closing door not slamming) I would be asked to leave. I don't think this place will be operating for much longer under current management. Something needs to change. On top of that there's a weird couple staying/living in a trailer behind the laundry mat. I will not be returning any time soon. It's sad because I used to do my laundry here for the last 15 years.
