My wife, our 4 kids and I were visiting family recently in Paradise. The kids decided to have an Ice cream party in their beds, and to invite my parents two big dogs with muddy feet, to join! Needless to say, we had quite the mess to clean between the blankets and comforters. This place was great, it had plenty of machines available, so we didn't have to wait. The staff was helpful and I felt the prices were very fair for the amount of stuff we had to clean. Store was well kept up inside and felt inviting, and although it wasn't used this time, I also noticed they offer wash and fold services. It's was also pretty convenient having a pizza parlor right next door to eat at while waiting! I hace been using this laundromat since reopening after campfire. The facility has always been very clean and all the employees have been very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the machines are not the greatest. I've had many clothes ruined and most of the time end having to wash our clothes more than once. These are just regular soiled laundry. Nothing that should need to be washed more than one cycle. The washers simply spread the dirt to other clothes and don't get them clean. The dryers take forever and a good amount of money to get even sheets dry. read more

Rave!! Paradise Laundromat an the lady that runs it on Sunday & Monday, Eadrie, shes the Best!! I normally go on sunday or monday every week. Last week, due to lack of tranportation, I had to go on a friday. There was Nobody working there for an hour and a half. I watched 2 customers come in with fluff-n-fold service needed but was no help to be found. Also no background music was playing, which is always nice. So today I went back and theres that most reliable Eadrie at work, cleaning an making it spotless, and she had some nice background music going. Then a vehicle pulled up an Eadrie immediately stopped her cleaning an went outside to greet a handicapped customer and carried All of his laundry in for him. My girlfriend and I have tried doing laundry everywhere, as we live on the road and do not have facilities. We've tried laundromats in Chico, Oroville,etc. That being said, we typically dread doing laundry because it is always such a process. But, we really love it here. They have washers that are large, even up to an 8 loader! It's nice that the attendant was present on days I went, she seems to keep herself busy and answers questions in a helpful manner. You Must have cash in order to fill their plastic card (don't bring quarters or a credit/debit card). The washers are quick and easy to start with their in house refillable card, and I like it much better than the oldskool quarter way. I saw they even have some toys for small children for those who may need ! Awesome place. read more

Clean place, decent washers and dryers. Fold and flush service - they do your laundry for you. Well, first time was great, second time some other girl did only a fair job. Some clothes still had some spots like pen ink which I was able to rub away at home.....and all the clothes were pretty wrinkled up, too. The price for this service is ok when the clothes are washed and folded right. Could use some speed up as well. C'mon 2-3 hours for a bunch of clothes (no sheets or such) is not the greatest turnaround. I still would recommend this Laundromat if you do it yourself or drop off. But PLEASE guys, leave the FREAKING RADIO off. In every store you get now these days some horrible music is blasting in your ears... totally annoying!! People get terrorized everywhere by this crap. I seriously doubt that the store music makes people hang out longer or even buy more - the opposite is true, I think. So keep that damn radio off and pay more attention to detail when you do other peoples clothes, then I'll give you 5 stars. read more
