The only redeeming factor for this company is they subcontracted to someone who was fantastic to do our garage door opener install. Everything before that was a pretty big fail. Seems like they are contractors for the big chains like Lowe's. We bought a garage door opener from Lowe's and they use this company to contract out for the installs. When we tried to book the initial assessment, I asked for a weekend or weekday after 5pm install which I know is not common. The person just said "okay hold on" and transferred me to Lowe's customer service without informing either myself or Lowe's why they transferred me. After explaining the situation, the Lowe's employee figured out what was going on and got me to the right person. When we tried to book the actual install, Lowe's helped us place an explicit order with them so that they would book us a weekend or weekday after 5pm install. When we got the link to schedule, just weekdays 8-4pm were given to me. When they called me, same issue as above. They even sent me 2 emails from 2 different people telling me to book within the next 3 days between 7-4 pm or else they wouldn't be able to book me in for a month! Finally I got someone else from that company on the line and they subcontracted out to someone else to take my job (Thank goodness because I'm not sure how much more miscommunication/lack of communication I could have taken). After that it was smooth but I must have sent them 4 emails, called them at least 5 times to sort it out (not including calls to Lowe's to ask them to help me). I'm not sure what Lowe's had to do but I'm pretty sure they must have communicated with them a few times to clarify. Overall, probably stay away if you can. Unfortunately, they service the big box chains so maybe buy the merchandise but skip the install from Lowe's. read more

My washer, dryer, and pedestals were purchased at Leon's in Fredericton, NB, and the installation was arranged through them. The technician who arrived was completely unprofessional. The body odour was so overwhelming it lingered in my house for over an hour after he left. He was also sniffling the entire visit despite appearing to have a cold. I'm travelling to another province to meet my newborn nephew, and exposing customers to illness is unacceptable. During the installation he: * Tore off the permanent foam spacer between the washer and pedestal, believing it should be removed. * Had me help tip the washer back, despite the drum not being secured with the shipping bolts. * Removed the washer's factory levelling legs and installed them on the pedestal instead of using the supplied pedestal levelling legs. * Told me the dryer and washer levelling legs had different threads when I asked that both units use matching legs for an even height. * Left unused pedestal levelling legs taped inside the dryer pedestal drawer. He seemed more concerned with taking photos and getting my signature than ensuring the installation was done correctly. I later found leftover parts and multiple unused screws. After several conversations with the company, they sent two different technicians the following Sunday. They completely removed and reinstalled both pedestals and properly levelled everything. When I asked about compensation for the damaged pedestal, time off work, cancelled plans, travel to a laundromat, and loss of use, I was told their claims process only covers direct physical damage and not inconvenience, lost time, travel expenses, or loss of use. To make matters worse, they didn't even refund the installation fee, despite being told during the rebooking process that I would at least receive that. I cannot recommend this installation service. If you need appliances installed, you're better off hiring your own qualified contractor. read more

I worked 7 months with then then quit after they received fewer jobs and I returned to help do small handy tasks for customers. They want a monopoly, but then cannot manage all the jobs, complaints, scheduling, and deliveries of giant gazebos and sheds. RONA hired them to install a water heater. Their technician called 30 minutes before he even arrived on site and asked for a photo of the old one. Then he said he wanted more money for the install (I had paid RONA $500 for this already). Basically, extortion when he is coming that day. He also said he told RONA to give me a smaller tank than I had paid for because it was easier for him to install if he didn't get paid more. He complained throughout the install about having to redo the plumbing and gas. While I was trying to talk to RONA about this the install manager told me they only had dented ones which I could have that day for $100 off, or I would have to wait WEEKS for a new one. Telling me this just 30 minutes before the install when I have already waited weeks and have already taken the morning off work is also basically extortion. Then the next day after the install was over, they asked to come back to "check" the gas line - installer texted, then called, then the Regional Manager for QC called. Made it seem urgent. The Rona Manager talked to them and said they wanted back in to change a copper pipe for a flex hose. Why didn't they install the flex hose the first time? Basically, poor service, and not nice staff. The RONA manager and I are very suspicious about why they want back in my house. They also left a dirty towel in our laundry sink. I never want Quick Contractors in my house ever again. It may be worth avoiding RONA to avoid them if they are the only choice. Mark said he was getting a new heater to replace the dented one last week on Thursday then RONA would call to schedule installing it, but it took a while. When the reinstall was ready - a month later, Quick Contractors just booked a day without consulting me - on a day I was out of town. I called RONA and they changed it to a day I was home, which Quick Contractors ignored, calling me on the day I was a way to say they would arrive soon. When I pointed out that the date had changed, they said they weren't available on the day Rona had scheduled, so we had to pick yet another morning. Two days before that date, Quick Contractors called again to say that "something had come up" and it had to be moved to the afternoon. They were nice enough when they installed it, but really zero consideration about how I was supposed to change my work schedule to fit all this chaos. **Warning** Do not hire Home Depot for toilet or other product installations. They will not take care of property damage if the installation goes wrong!!! I hired the Home Depot to install a new toilet in November 2023. The home depot sub contracts toilet installs to another company (Quick Contractors). They sent a guy with no experience to install the toilet. The installer installed the toilet incorrectly and on an angle. The toilet leaked and caused thousands of damage to the floor and ceiling below. I have been given the run around from Home Depot and Quick Contractors to repair the damage. These two big companies decided to pass off all responsibility to the installers private insurance who has been ignoring my emails and calls. I have informed both companies there has been no progress or resolution in site. The contractors private insurance has claimed they have not accepted fault for the damage yet, even though it has been made clear the installer was at fault. A 2nd installer was sent out from Quick Contractors to reinstall the toilet and report back on what caused the damage. The 2nd installer clearly stated the leak was from improper installation and took pictures. Attached are photos of the toilet installed on an angle and the water leaking out of the base soaking a drop cloth. If you think hiring a big company like Home Depot will have your back with any warranty issues think again. My house is supposed to be on the market for sale but will be delayed until the repairs are final. read more

I booked a toilet install through Rona which included delivery, install, and haul away provided by Quick Contractors. Their plumber, Luca, was incredibly punctual, efficient, and professional. He even texted me the day before the install with a 1.5 hour arrival window which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book services through QC again. read more

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Someone came and installed an over the range microwave back in April 2024. While doing the installation, the guy had a blanket on top of the stove to protect it from scratches but he accidentally turned on one of the element and burned his blanket. We've tried cleaning it and it didnt work so we had to scrap it off and obviously damaged it since it was super stucked. We've been in contact with them ever since (now in Sept 2024) and they keep sending email saying they're "trying to find a solution" and keep ignoring our request to speak to a manager. It's been 5 months a we have an element on the oven that we can't used because of them and they keep sending the same email about finding a solution. This organization cannot be trusted. They negligently installed a dishwasher in my home without properly securing it. We have had our wood floor damaged, our countertop damaged, and have been injured by a dishwasher that tips forward because the contractor did not secure it or level it. This company is really something. Found their ad on Kijiji, dishwasher installation $80. I asked them if I need to provide any parts, such as soft pipes, copper pipes, joints etc. and they say no everything is included. The price magically increases to $140 when talking to them on the phone. This was the first warning sign I foolishly ignored. Installer shows up, tells you this requires plumbing work and that will be $140 extra. Next thing is they ask if you have power cord for the dishwasher. If you don't, they conveniently have one to sell you for $70 - this is probably $5 at Home Depot. 30 minute job becomes $350 + tax. read more

I contacted the Nanaimo Home Depot Oct 21, 2024 regarding installation of a gas dryer I had recently purchased from them. I was advised that the cost for a gas dryer installation would be $209.00 plus tax (there was no mention of additional fees at this time). I paid the total amount ($234.08) and received an email inviting me to book an install appointment online with The Home Depot Authorized Installers Quickcontractors.com the same day. There was no mention of any additional fees in this email. I Received a confirmation email Oct 25, 2024 from Quickcontractors.com that my gas dryer install appointment was scheduled for Monday Nov 18, 2024 between 7am & 12pm again with no mention of any additional fees. I received a reminder email Nov 16, 2024 from Quickcontractors.com that my gas dryer install appointment was scheduled Monday morning between 7am & 12pm and once again there was no mention of any additional fees. On Monday Nov 18, 2024 I was home and had my laundry room prepared for the gas dryer install by 7am per the previous emails I had received from Quickcontractors.com. I eventually received a call at 10am from the plumbing and gas company scheduled to do the gas dryer install (3 hours into the 5 hour install window) advising me that they were leaving Nanaimo on their way to Victoria and would be at my home in an hour and a half. I advised them I live in Nanaimo and confirmed they are also located in Nanaimo. They seemed genuinely surprised that I didn't live in Victoria and hadn't booked a plumbing and gas company located 111.3 km from my home to install my gas dryer. Once we had established that I was in Nanaimo and they were in Nanaimo, I was told they would be over shortly. At 11am (4 hours into the 5 hour install window provided by Quickcontractors.com) I received a call from Quickcontractors.com advising me that I needed to pay $50.00 for a gas permit before the work to install my gas dryer could proceed. I advised the person I was speaking with that I had paid for the gas dryer install Oct 21, 2024. I was then told that this was an additional fee on top of the amount I had previously paid. I told the person I was speaking with there is no way they didn't know they needed a gas permit to do gas work and I said that considering Quickcontractors.com whole business appears to be scheduling this type of work it was ridiculous, unprofessional and super shady to call a customer up on the day of install after making them wait around for four hours and demanding more money from them. I was then put on hold while the person I was speaking with consulted with their manager. They returned to the call and advised me that their manager had told them either I pay the additional fee right now or the plumbing and gas company would skip my appointment and go on to the next one. I told them I was not going to pay an additional fee and stated that I wanted my money back. The person I was speaking with advised me to contact Home Depot for a refund and the call was ended. This company is extremely unprofessional, incompetent and shady. I would advise anyone considering dealing with them to exercise caution and I am surprised and disappointed that Home Depot is comfortable being associated with them. read more

Recently, I had ordered heavy garage cabinetry at Canadian Tire and received a confirmation email stating that it would be delivered on a Saturday between 7am and 12 noon. After a NO SHOW that Saturday, in the early afternoon of the same day, I received another email stating that the order had to be "Appointment Rescheduled" for the next day between the hours of 7am to 12 noon. I assume this is just a robo email that everyone gets. The following day (Sunday) quick contractors DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN! Instead, I received another email stating that the order had again "Apppointment Rescheduled" for the next day between the hours of 7am - 12 noon. Again....quick contractors DID NOT SHOW UP. Being patient thus far, this exceeded my PTSD'd brain's patience. I told them that I was contacting Canadian Tire after all these reschedules for no apparent reason. I assume I would have received these I contacted Canadian Tire via telephone and the awesome Customer Service lady called the local Canadian Tire, and my items were still there, 8 days later!! quick contractors DIDNT EVEN PICK IT UP and they were sending me delivery emails, knowing that my items were not even in their possession yet! The Canadian Tire Customer Service lady called quick contractors to find out why my purchase wasnt even picked up yet, 8 days later, but I did not find out the result. The story isnt finished yet.... As I purchased my order during a recent sale, Canadian Tire stated that had to cancel my original order and I had to re-order online and choose "pick up". As my order was now cancelled, the items that I purchased, were now available for the public to purchase until I could drive to Canadian Tire to pay for them in person, as they get in trouble if they have a customer call their credit card number in. One item was the only one left, because it was a temporary return and someone else could have purchased it online before I could get to Canadian Tire to re-pay again, until my refund from my original purchase was credited back to my credit card, which will come in the next few days. Luckily, I had enough available on the card to temporarily cover the dual purchase. Because I dont have a large truck, I had to hire another delivery service and pay them to deliver my order that quick contractors FAILED TO DELIVER! The new delivery service stated that I will have my order by the next day. I was finally able to pay for the order and Canadian Tire refunded the $190 delivery fee from quick contractors. If you get this company as your delivery service from a big box store purchase, I would consider another option unless you want to be lied to and have your products at risk of loss as mine almost have been. OMG! I can't believe these new contracting services!!! I scheduled a plumbing service for my kitchen work and the technician called to say he was too busy and asked to reschedule. Yes, I did accommodate, but now that I've done my research and check the reviews on Quick Contractors, I am def going to cancel because this Quick Contractors company is just a joke, no live person to speak to, you leave your number and they will call you back whenever. Here is the reality of Quick Contractors, when you are first recruited as a installer/tech you are promised great money, great company and support, which is completely opposite. Techs are not trained before hand as they do a big verity of different trades. Not trained on how to put products together, waterlines or electrical and so forth. Techs are pretty much pushed to get in and get out, this is why so many clients have issues or get upset! Techs aren't paid well and they use there own personal vehicle on there own expense. Customer service is horrible between customers and the techs. This is why many customers get upset and have issues. This is why customers should stay away an do not support this company!!! Very poor quality of work done. Our shed assembly had more that 40% of the screws missing, which resulted in unwanted gaps and in a matter of two months the roof blew away. Instead of fixing the problem the company put the blame on weather. We were able to fix the problem but not this company. We ordered a garden shed with assembly and base installation from Home Depot and paid full price upfront. 5 weeks since the order date, and nothing has been installed. What happens next is, Home Depot hires Quick Contractors and it looks like it is the worst company to deal with - unreliable, unprofessional, and, most importantly, they seem to be contracting whoever is available, irrespective of whether or not the sub-contractors can do the job. Quick Contractors kept rescheduling the installation 5 times and changing the technicians 4 times using some great excuses as grounds for rescheduling. Notably, there was zero communication. We had to contact them to find out what was going on, and only then they would come up with excuses, which in fact were pure lies. They didn't have materials for base installation, the warehouse didn't have materials for pickup (giving us a wrong order number), they did not pick up materials from the warehouse (in reality, the materials have long been available; due to no pickup, the warehouse has cancelled the order), then the sub-contractors got COVID and now they obviously need to isolate themselves and didn't have a decency to let us know. Another sub-contractor has never even heard about our order and the scheduled installation could not be done because he was too busy with other orders. After we reached out to Quick Contractors, again, to complain and to ask them to resolve the situation, they found a new "hero" (not right away, it required a lot of back and forth calls, but still). When we first got on a phone with Rafi, we were blown away by his enthusiasm and customer service! He even apologized for not having been taking care properly this whole time for a month!!! We thought - this is it - we are so lucky, finally! After all, Rafi told us, they've "only been in this business since 1996." Little did we know that Rafi and his team were not much better than the rest of Quick Contractors "professionals". He promised to do installation on Saturday, but, if the weather permits, even on Friday. Friday comes and goes. And so is Rafi's promise. We called and engaged in tons of back and forth. And again, the same story! No one showed up on Saturday, while their rep kept feeding us misinformation that the contractor should be there any hour. Finally, around 9pm, they delivered and dropped of the materials for base installation, but, naturally, did not do any job. We've been told that they would do it first thing in the morning on Sunday, although they don't work on Sundays. Since no one showed up by 10:30am, we called them, and no one would pick up the phone. We got a call back later, and the rep told us that the contractor got some emergency and cannot come. But they will come on Monday, first thing....if it's not going to rain... The long story short, we are considering to cancel the order from Home Depot. This has been extremely exhausting and dragging experience. All Home Depot did was taking the money. However, Home Depot does not have any ability to manage Quick Contractors and ultimately deliver the job. Neither has ability to have an honest communication with customers. read more

Second installer wouldn't touch it so they ordered a whole new door. Two more months of waiting. When it arrived they could not find the door. Ordered an elliptical from Canadian Tire and this was the company I had to make an appt with for them to bring it to me. I was working from home with headphones in and could not hear the knock on the door. The delivery drivers arrived 2 hours or so ahead of the scheduled time window even though I was not really available to receive the package during this time due to work. I received multiple calls (and voice messages) but did not see them right away as I was busy working. When I did check my phone, at first I thought they were spam/telemarketer calls because of the name that had nothing to do with Canadian Tire or any delivery service I have ever heard of. I was finally able to pick up the phone call and realized the delivery drivers were outside my house. They did not seem pleased that I hadn't answered the door right away and it made me feel bad and awkward even though this was not within the delivery window I had agreed upon. I said thank you, and then discovered that the package was much too heavy for me and my friend to carry into the house. We had to call another friend to come help us lift it into the house. For a package that weighs over 200 pounds, and a delivery fee of nearly $100, I expect better. I would've expected for that price for the delivery drivers to carry the package into the house instead of leaving it on the porch. I am not impressed. read more

My Name is Michael Greer, and my order number for this assembly job is 74251025. I purchased a T22 Treadmill from Bowflex, and I paid extra for the installation program. This includes moving the treadmill INTO my home from my attached garage. The original freight delivery company dropped it off to my attached garage, and it is currently there right now waiting to be moved and assembled. Quick Contractors Installers were to come and move the Treadmill into a room of my choosing, and then assemble it. That is the job. Simple right? This is all part of the contract that Quick Contractors is paid to do by Bowflex/Nautilus. They use Quick Contractors for their fitness equipment installations in my area. The issue here is that when I called Quick Contractors to book this assembly, it all went bad quickly. It started with that they had the wrong information on what was being assembled. They said it was a Bowflex C7 Bike installation. This is incorrect, and Ive told them this many, many, times in my phone calls to them, and to please update their system so that it correctly shows that the item to be assembled is a Bowflex T22 Treadmill. Nope, they can't even do that simple thing. I even contacted Bowflex and asked THEM to step in to to fix this as well and they told me it was taken care already and they had reached out to Quick Contractors to correct them on this. Well, As of a call yesterday to Quick Contractors, it is still not updated and shows a C7 Bike assembly, and not my T22 Treadmill! I was also advised on my first call to Quick Contractors to book my initial installation, that the installer in my area works ALONE, and he cannot move my 400 lb treadmill into the house..... !!!??? Well, What am I supposed to do now, I said? This is the job that they took on and are paid to do by Nautilus/Bowflex? I was then told by a supervisor that there IS a work around, and that sometimes when this happens, that they have to pay and use a local Moving Company to come and move large equipment like my Treadmill into the home and to where it needs to be assembled if the installer can't or WON'T do it. After this is done, they simply book the installer to come and put it together. I said, ok great, please do that asap. Well the issue is, They won't do it!! Ive called back so many times now and I've tried and tried to organize and arrange this. It seems like they just want me to go away or something. What a nightmare! Booking agents who answer the phone have NO IDEA what is going on in this situation, and they can't help. Escalations to Regional Support/Escalations supervisors have gone nowhere. I've spent hours on holds, just to get voicemails!! No one has called me back, ever!!! No one has ever reached out to my multiple calls AND emails to Quick Contractors, where I am trying to arrange this to be done so that I can get this treadmill moved to the room where it's going and then they still have them book a time for it to be installed!!! I shouldn't have to do ANY of this! What a terrible experience. Calls have been made to Nautilus/Bowflex and they are fully aware, and they have also escalated this to upper management to issue formal complaints with Quick Contractors. If this keeps up, I highly doubt they will be doing installations for them, for much longer. read more

They NEVER reply to emails and j was told I could call closer to the date of my service to get a more definite timeline (they've given me a 5 hour window and I live 40 minutes away). I called today and asked. The representative said "who's strata" and "it's best to stay there for the whole t hours" and "they will call you before coming". I asked if there is a way to know the route of the technician so I can plan my schedule and let strata know. His reply was "I'm not a mind reader". AWFUL! We do not recommend Quick Contractors. We made an appointment and had it confirmed. They were expected to show from 7-12 and they did not show up until almost 1:30. We were on hold for over an hour on the phone trying to find out what was happening. Customer service confirmed they were expected in the morning. Contractors showed up and said that on their end that they were to show in the afternoon. Both contractors did not wear a mask which was also very shocking as I believe it is part of our current health guidelines. Also disappointed that Bowflex hired such a poorly rated company to build their products. read more

Quick Contractors is a very poorly managed company. Technicians be aware! Small Business Partners be aware! I have been a service partner for 2 years now, it as always been a bumpy road with QC. Every step of the relationship was never easy due to the limited info on the task or product, low paying jobs, changing policies and procedures. Be aware of your accounting, ensure your jobs get paid on time! KEEP CLOSE WATCH!! They have been known for not paying jobs. Once my accountant started to review our work history with QC, we have uncovered over $18,000 of jobs, unpaid. The report was generated form their own website "export jobs". Delivery jobs!!!! Beware you will have to wait countless time waiting for your pickup due to the lack of efficiency between the vendors and Quick Contractors Bottom line. Every big box store or corporation (Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Lowe's, The Brick, Leon's, Enercare, Bowflex, Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy) use Quick Contractors as their contracted install company across Canada. Stay away! Quick Contractors was contracted to me through Home Depot and it has been nothing but a headache. 1) They made administrative errors on the bill and expect me to pay over the agreed upon rate. 2) Their trades person was not prepared to do the job and left after 30 minutes on site with a partially built structure. What the trades person expected to do vice what I negotiated as the job at the time of booking was vastly different and they were unable to provide the services contracted. 3) The trades person arrived with damaged and broken wood, and instead of replacing them they haphazardly tried to use the broken items causing the structure to collapse. read more

Literally the worst contractors in existence. nothing is quick and never done to standard. they cut then measure twice then blame you for their inexperience.they left behind trash, skimped on screws, bent timber to fit and showed up and left any time but when was scheduled. i feel even more sorry for their workers who wore no safety equipment literally bleeding to complete the project only to further damage the project and use it as an excuse to not complete their contract it to specification. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I was told I would have a technician visit between 12-5pm. I took the afternoon off work, WITHOUT PAY. I waited the entire time, no one showed up. I called at 5pm and they told me that the technician was running late. WHY was I not informed. WHY was I left waiting 5 hours. I sent a letter to the Senior Service Coordinator and she said, "SORRY BUT DELAYS HAPPEN". Could that be any more of a slap in the face? I have to schedule another appointment so I asked that it be within a 1-hour window, because of my previous experience, and she said NO, appointments are made in 5-hour windows. Therefore I will not have a technician in my home ever again. And I am taking them to small claims court for compensation of my lost pay while sitting waiting for them to arrive. They could care less about the clients. To answer my complaint with "sorry but delays happen". I wonder how she would like to lose pay and sit at home for absolutely no reason. PUT YOURSELF IN YOUR CLIENTS SHOES. They have no idea what customer service is. read more

If their was an option for less than 1 star I would have taken that route. Poor service, poor communication skills and overall poor ease of doing business. Their online site allows for booking which seems convenient but a waste of time and money. The pricing isn't accurate, you'll likely spend more. You'll also need to follow up to schedule your appointment multiple times. Overall, as a customer you will spend more effort doing their job then they will. read more

If it was possible I would give zero stars to that company. We purchased a range from Canadian Appliances and they recommended that we use the installation company, Quick Contractors. That is the worse company, terrible service. The phone can ring 100 times before someone answers, they cannot transfer you to the right person, they take the info and tell you someone will call back. They cannot give you a name, a phone number or an extension. Someone who was not qualified to install a downdraft range came first then a week later another company came to look at the job and send an estimate to Quick Contractors. We had to call Quick Contractors 3 times before we were able to get the quote for the job. We finally were able to deal directly with the regional manager. He blamed the sub-contractor for not sending the quote, then he blamed his staff for not sending the quote. Passing the buck... It took over 3 weeks to get our stove installed. Fortunately the sub-contractor who did the install was fantastic. We got their business card and next time we will go directly to them. Avoid using Quick Contractors they are the worse company around. Why are large companies like Canadian Appliances, Lowes, Home Depot using them is incomprehensible. read more

We ordered a much more expensive fridge and stove from Leon's. I enjoyed working with the salesman, who was extremely helpful. I ensure that delivery date was not urgent, however, I wanted the old appliances to be taken away, and the new appliances delivered with the installers coming right afterwards to install. I was assured by Leon's "YUCKTOMER SERVICE" I was unable to reach them in order to discuss the delivery but more importantly the installation. QUICK CONTRACTORS are working for Leons doing their installations. I finally got a call late yesterday and they advised me that my installation would be done 5 days from then. When I asked about how we are going to eat without a stove, oven...for five full days with a family of four. They said they would look into maybe doing a special or emergency order, but alas, I never got a call from them confirming anything...not even the actual date they are planning on coming out. I found the people that I spoke to were not very helpful, but did speak to me about this situation in a very condescending manner. I will soon be buying a new washer and dryer...and probably will get from Leon'S again. IF, they are using "QUICK CONTRACTORS, I will refuse their services, but use the company (Leaside Plumbing and Heating. I called this morning and they were at my home within an hour...and the installation done as quickly...and their services only cost me half of what I was being charged by QUICK CONTRACTORS.) read more

Very horrible service. Its a Toronto based company and they don't have any coordination with local installers. I bought a range hood from Canadian appliances Source and they recommended this company. I called them and after a long waiting were able to talk. They gave me an appointment date with a big time slot,they said between 7am to 12 pm installer will come and asked for advance payment for service. They deducted 163.79 on Jun 29/2021. On appointment day I waited so long and very last moment a person came, he just saw my under cabinet spot where I wanted to install rangehood and already removed my OTR microwave. He said he didnt have enough time alloted to do this job, another person will come and install. I waited for another guy but no one contacted, again I emailed and called, they didn't know about the situation. They gave me another appointment and asked for more money and again on July 13th,they deducted 131.25 from my credit card. I waited whole day but no one showed up on scheduled day, I called them, but no one received then emailed them, a lady gave me appointment on July 19th and said someone will come between 7-12pm but later on a guy called and said will come between 12-5pm My wife took a day off and waited whole day but nobody showed up. At last I again emailed them and asked for refund my all money, the agent said will get my money back in 7-10 buisness day. Its almost 15 days and only they refund my 131.25 but not the 163.79. I am so frustrated and calling them, emailed them but so far not able to get a responsible response. read more

They only realized their mistake after I called them to ask where the person was and they realized they never scheduled anyone and now everyone is totally booked and they have no idea when the service can be performed. I purchase a range hood from Lowe's in Cambridge and payed 130 plus tax to have it installed. I removed the old duct work purchase new duct everything was ready for the hood to be installed. This is how my kitchen was left after the install. The guy knocked out drywall, pieces on my counter drywall dust everywhere. I contacted quick connect the same day, submitted pictures went to Lowe's the next day and spoke to the store manager. He was all apologetic when he seen the pictures. I have not heard from him since. I was refunded 130 but not the tax. Lol. This company is a joke. read more
