They've tackled everything from Mysteriously Permanently Locked iPhones, banal cracked screens, Transferring Data for Dummies (I just can't watch all those YouBube videos or download all those 'helpful' apps), the 'flooded phone and the rice didn't work' situation....... You get the idea. As far as some of the complaints about not being greeted: these gents are concentrating on fixing miniature computers. You want a salute and a Mimosa--go find a cheap cosmetics Ponzi scheme house party. And just like medicine, diagnosing these little rare earth umbilical cords is an art as well as a science. I went there a few months ago to get a new battery for my IPhone 7. They told me it would take 30 minutes or so. Well, I came back and he was still working on it and was having some trouble. So they told me it would be a while longer. Then I'm back again and still gonna be a "few more minutes". Finally they have me ready after an hour or two, but I never see the young man that put in the new more powerful battery that is supposed to have a 20% bigger capacity. They acted a little fishy the whole time, though real nice, I had an uneasy feeling. I can tell you honestly after all this time that my battery is no better than it ever was. It's like they never even replaced the battery. I'll never go there again. I got taken for $80.00. I was either sold a trash battery or they never even installed it to begin with. I dropped my phone off right as they were closing , they still took the time to greet me and make me feel like they still had time to help. 24 hours later they were able to restore my phone that was in a system reboot , I was very appreciative of their knowledge and quick fix of My phone . I was in town over the holidays and my phone stopped working. I went into Quick Fix and was greeted promptly. Cole ran a couple quick tests and said he needed about 45 minutes to investigate the phone further. Received a call about 30 minutes later saying the phone was fixed and no charge. Just needed a couple screws that were missing from the last place that repaired it 6 months ago. Whew! Cole saved the day and holiday! I highly recommend this place for all your phone repair needs. A lot changes in 4-5 years. I popped in and was immediately greeted. The surroundings are great for waiting. Instead, I grabbed a BBQ from Smalls (yum) and headed to May Day Park (lovely) to eat, read, enjoy the scenery and bide my 45 minute wait time. So, I was a little late.. My phone is good as new, quickly, kindly and a reasonable cost. Just an overall A++ experience. As a note there is a good amount of foot traffic. The staff is extremely patient. All of the staff that I interacted with were excellent [I spoke with two different people over the phone, one at each store, and the guys I spoke with in-person at the HWY 98 location were great too]. The price paid was not cheap, but well worth it for the quality of service received! I provided them with two phones, each with a specific problem, and they were able to combine my two phones into one *perfect* phone. I dropped it off on a Friday before they closed and it was ready for me to pick-up before lunch the following Monday - I honestly didn't expect to get it back so soon. I first stopped into another cell phone repair store and had a bad feeling about the person behind the counter. They did not seem confident.... So I searched Yelp, found Quick Fix, and figured it was worth the drive up 98. I stopped in and asked about getting a new battery in my Samsung Galaxy S6 and got professional answers, information that the back to my phone would be broken in the removal and that the price (less than the other place) would cover the cost of the new back. I paid my deposit and they ordered the battery. A week later I went back and in under an hour they had the work done. Even had it on the charger for me when I came back to pick it up! These guys always give excellent service and advice (if asked) and they seem to have good, competive prices. They are very honest. I have taken my Mom in there a couple of times with her iPhone and if it's something simple they have not charged. I took my Samsung Note 8 with a cracked screen they fixed in less than 2 hours. DO NOT get an iPhone screen replaced here! They claim they installed an OEM screen on my phone approximately 6 weeks ago but I have had iPhones since the 1st gen and never had any scratch issues like I've had with this one. It scratches so easy you would think it was plastic. After the emailing the owner and going back into the store in Malbis, they offered me no help with their sub-par screen. They said "there is nothing we can do" I would not recommend using this business for a screen replacement. read more

Highly recommend!! Earlier in the school year, after I had been back at my school (Spring Hill College) for a month, I shattered my phone (iPhone 6) so badly that I couldn't even use it. Being that I am from South Florida and am used to always going to the Apple store for every and any Apple related problem, I searched for the nearest store to only realize it was in New Orleans. So I then searched for local places that could fix my phone and saw that Quick Fix had the best prices and ratings online, even over those in Mobile closer to my school. Not going to lie I was a little skeptical at first because I've never brought my phone anywhere besides Apple, but my skepticism instantly went away after going to Quick Fix and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. As soon as I walked in they were all so kind and accommodating. For some reason though whenever they replaced my screen with a new one, it would turn on and then off after about five seconds. After working on my phone for about two hours, trying to figure out why it kept shutting off, it was about 30-40 minutes after their closing time so they offered to keep my phone over night so they could keep working on it in the morning or I could just take it home. I let them keep it and they emailed me later the next day saying that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. The new screen came out to be around $150 with tax. So of course when my phone decided to shut off and not turn back on a couple weeks ago, I decided to take it back to Quick Fix. They replaced my battery for $66 with tax and my phone was back to normal until later that night it did the same thing (shut off and not turn back on). I was a little frustrated because I had to drive across the bay again to take my phone back, but the men at Quick Fix couldn't have been more accommodating. They worked on my phone again for a couple of hours, fixed the problem (for good) and didn't charge me! Let me tell you something, this kind of service would never, and i mean never, happen or be seen in South Florida. Not to mention multiple times in a row. read more

Take your business to the broken iPhone in mobile. You'll have better luck there. The customer service is terrible. My screen wasn't put on right. It wasn't sealed in one corner and when I took it back I was told i would get charged for time and labor to fix it after I already paid 140 the first time. And the glass screen protectors they sell you don't absorb any shock from the fall. They don't completely cover the screen so when my phone fell everything but the glass protector cracked. The guy told me I "must have dropped my phone wrong." The quality of their parts is terrible. What a waste of money. read more
