I don't usually write reviews, but I have been consistently impressed with the services provided by Fairhope PC. If you're wondering where to find some good tech support, I hope this helps! The first time I came into Fairhope PC happened after my computer crashed completely. In the middle of a huge deadline, my computer froze, rebooted half-way, and then died altogether. I was at the risk of losing not only my work, but everything else on my hard-drive. Fairhope PC immediately began brainstorming ways to help me as quickly as possible. Judge took me through the potential problems, and ways they might be fixed. He stayed in contact and let me know what the time frames would be for getting it all fixed. Eventually, Fairhope PC worked some sort of techno-magic, and my hard drive was completely saved. Plus, I met my deadline!! On another occasion, my computer "caught" a virus. Judge and Ryan both walked me through the process of how to help. The service given was clear, patient, and attentive in not only helping solve the problems, but also in sharing ways to avoid the problems in the future. Fairhope PC cleared my computer while maintaining all of my files. Since then, I've seen these guys (Judge who runs tech support, and Ryan who creates websites) around town working with local groups doing photo booths, putting together phenomenal websites for local businesses, and additionally helping everyone deal with all the little tweaks, freak-outs, and crashes that computers have.
