I provided the replacement battery, which I had purchased from the manufacturer. Rod thoroughly inspected the computer and suggested an additional service to clean and recondition the cooling system. The entire repair took roughly an hour start to finish. He testeded the new battery under load to make sure that it was functioning correctly and my laptop is back as good as new. Westchester IT and Chris built a drive which gave me the speed memory and expandability I needed. This was all done at a fair price and turned around within a week.
