TL;DR The volume button on my phone was damaged during the screen replacement and the replacement screen was not set into my phone properly. They said they didn't have the expertise to repair the issue- until we left a negative Yelp review and they came to fix it. In the process of fixing the volume button, they broke the mute switch and the screen was still not attached securely. Get to a week later, I call back about the part because I need it replaced. "Oh, $, we never got that ordered. I was mowing my lawn when he called me and..." Oh boy. Not good. Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched.
