Do not let these people make repairs to your phone. Was told that it would take 3 to 5 working days to get the screen... was 2 weeks later. After screen was replaced the brightness would only be at around 50%. Lines up and down the screen and phone could not be charged. Wife said she would refund my money but just gave me a run around for days. No refund. It's been 2 months and many empty trips back to the store only to be told " I will have to order the screen" I've been very patient and understanding especially when dealing with small owned minority business which is critical during COVID but dang!! I mean come on how many times do I have to continually show up, wait and then be told the same thing over and over again ? Apparently 3xs over the course of 2 months is not enough. 8 minutes ago-Edit Brought my wifes iphone 7 here a couple times and thought it was a good place for discount repairs, until I brought him my Iphone xs max.... he did the back housing but afterwards I had nothing but problems with my phone, I brought it back with a cracked screen and told him about the audio issiess I was having and he took it apart to "take a look" , told me i needed a whole new housing to replace my camera lens, when I went to another repair place and was quoted nearly half the price I went to get a refund, He tried charging me fee for a diagnosis... I never asked him to pop my phone apart, so then I go to the other repair place to actually have the phone fixed and go into the audio issues with the tech at the new store, he popped my phone open in front of me and just started laughing asking me where I had it worked on before, I said quick fix repairs and the guy was immediatley like ohhhhhh I know exactly who you are talking about and proceeded to show me how over 8 screw were missing from my phone, I got back to quick fix and confonr Alec... How during your diagnosis you tried to charge me for you didnt notice all the screws missing in my phone? Because you recognized your handiwork from last time and didbt want to admit it. Please DO NOT waste your time with these scam artist cell phone cracked screens and etc, they are such liars!!! The dude can NOT fix a cell phone or any screen for that matter, without destroying the cell phone frame and or everything else evolved with the cell phone! So, if at desperate measures, PLEASE PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT card because when you need a refund or now, after the fact of just the screen but now other issues wrong with your phone , when he wants to just throw it to you and take off before verifying anything and then lying about such, there is a reason why. Just like there is a reason why they are not at the shop at the given listed hours of operation. Even, when Jade, tells you are your getting a refund and to do this that and the other, I, grantee you, she is just being ever so sweet just to cover his azz cuz he" just got out of the loonie bin" as she told me herself and continues to run your time and gas money around with lies and bull.
